French Red
Floral notes and deeper red fruit sit with modest vanilla and salinity. Wood and pepper are also present. The wine is vibrant and full-bodied, with fine-grained tannins, acidity that emerges late, a mineral background, grip and length. Gamay is drawn from eight Moulin-à-Vent terroirs, including Rochegrès, Carquelin, Champ de Cour, Thorins, Vérillats, La Roche, La Rochelle and Aux Caves.
Argento 2020 Finca Agrelo Single Vineyard Malbec
Argentinian Red
Intense ruby colour carries violet reflections. Sweet spices and violets accompany ripe red fruit. The wine is medium-full bodied, with softened tannins, medium acidity and a finish marked by red fruit. Malbec is hand harvested and destemmed; twenty percent ferments in French oak while the balance ferments in stainless steel. Malolactic fermentation is followed by ten months in oval concrete tanks.
Sage Hayward 2023 Estate Pinot Noir
Canadian Red
Fruit comes from Falcon Ridge and Raven Hill vineyards on Saturna Island. The site lies in the Southern Gulf Islands, where a cool maritime climate meets dense sand and mudstone over clay with ancient marine sediment. The wine is rich and medium-bodied, with a lingering spicy finish. Pinot Noir is hand-picked from estate vines, and the first plantings on the property date to nineteen ninety-five.
Thibaud Capellaro 2021 Ombre & Lumière
French Red
Grenache, Syrah and Viognier are vinified separately, using a mix of carbonic fermentation, skin contact and direct pressing. The wine spends nine months in barrels and older demi-muids, with no fining, filtration or added sulphur. Fruit comes from vineyards on granite and clay-limestone soils in the Rhône and Ardèche. The vineyards are farmed organically and biodynamically without certification, and alcohol is thirteen percent by volume.

French Red
Pinot Noir and Gamay ferment naturally in a large open cask. Maturation lasts about nine months, and the wine is bottled without fining or filtration. Ripe red and black fruit sit with thyme, tea, rose and wet earth. The palate is fresh and fruity, with body and fine tannins. The wine is red, carries the Bourgogne Passetoutgrain designation and contains twelve percent alcohol.
Bressia 2020 Piel Negra Pinot Noir
Argentinian Red
Red cherry, blackberry, ripe tomato, rose and violet are present. Cinnamon, rosemary and mint sit with coffee, vanilla and smoke. The wine has firm structure and a full texture. It is made entirely from Pinot Noir grown in Mendoza’s Uco Valley and spends twenty-four months in new French-oak barrels. Alcohol is 14.5 percent by volume.
Scarpa 2022 Bric du Nota Langhe Nebbiolo DOC
Italian Red
Strawberry, red cherry, sweet spice and violet define the profile. The wine is medium-bodied, with freshness, fine tannin and a firm finish. Nebbiolo comes from south-facing vineyards at 380 metres in the Roero municipalities, on predominantly sandy soils rich in mineral salts. Skin maceration lasts twenty-one days in steel, with two manual pump-overs daily, before twelve months in a 45-hectolitre Allier French-oak cask.
Domaine Perrault-Jadaud 2020 Et Si Vin de France Gamay
French Red
Gamay Noir grows on sandy loam at Francueil in Touraine and is farmed organically. The fruit is harvested by hand and begins carbonic fermentation as whole clusters with indigenous yeasts. Maturation lasts six to eight months in neutral 400-litre barrels, and sulphur use at bottling is minimal. The wine is red and carries the Vin de France designation.
La Frenz 2020 Aster Brut
Canadian Sparkling
Chardonnay makes up two thirds of the blend, with Pinot Noir accounting for one third. Toast and autolytic notes sit with singed citrus fruit. The wine has low dosage, balance and a long finish. It is made by the traditional method in the Okanagan Valley. This white sparkling wine is produced from estate-grown fruit in British Columbia.
Le Coste 2023 Litrozzo Rosso 1 L
Italian Red
The blend includes Sangiovese and Merlot. Fermentation is spontaneous with native yeasts after destemming, and the wine undergoes eight days in concrete before malolactic fermentation without skins. It is bottled without fining or stabilization. Cherry and orange accompany a fresh, fruity profile. The fruit comes from Bomarzo and Montefiascone, and the release is classified as natural, organic and vegan.
Domaine A.F. Gros 2010 Bourgogne Hautes-Côtes de Nuits
French Red
Delicate red fruit and grilled wood accompany cherry, cocoa, rose and spice. The tannins are round. Earth and dark berries sit with detailed, energetic, middleweight flavours and mineral notes. The finish is balanced, and the structure is ripe. The wine matured in barrel, and production totalled 10,415 bottles. Pinot Noir comes from the Hautes-Côtes de Nuits.

Fresh herbs, smoky cedar, earth and spice accompany lightly peppered aromas. Red plum, ripe dark cherry, liquorice, clove and peppered meat define the flavour profile. The wine is medium-bodied, with richness, fine length and a juicy character. It is made from Shiraz grown in the Hilltops region of New South Wales, contains fourteen percent alcohol and is closed under Stelvin.
Stina 2012 Pošip Brač
Croatian White
Green and white fruit sit with spice in a dry, yellow-green wine. The palate is rounded, with pronounced acidity, solid length and a warming finish. Floral and grapey fruit also appear alongside yeast-lees notes, juiciness, chalkiness, weight and crisp bite. The wine comes from limestone soils on Brač in Croatia and contains fourteen percent alcohol by volume.
Ammura 2022 Etna Bianco DOC
Italian White
Citron, grapefruit and orange blossom accompany Mediterranean herbs, almond and flint. The palate has freshness, minerality and a long, savoury finish. Carricante is gently pressed, and the free-run must ferments in stainless steel at 16–18°C. Maturation includes twelve months in stainless steel on fine lees with monthly bâtonnage, followed by twelve months in bottle. Production totals 12,500 bottles.
Ammura 2022 Etna Rosso DOC
Italian Red
Ripe wild berries, cherry and pomegranate sit with black pepper, sweet tobacco and a smoky volcanic-stone note. The palate has silky tannins, lively acidity, freshness and persistence. Nerello Mascalese is destemmed and fermented on skins in stainless steel for twelve to fifteen days. Maturation lasts six months in stainless steel and twelve months in 20-hectolitre oak barrels.

Canadian Rosé
Merlot accounts for fifty-four percent of the blend, with thirty-seven percent Pinot Gris and nine percent Muscat. The Merlot receives nine days of carbonic maceration, while Pinot Gris and Muscat are co-fermented whole-cluster for two weeks. After seven months in stainless steel, the wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered. Production totals ninety-five cases, and alcohol is 12.2 percent.
Mandrarossa 2024 Sentiero delle Gerle Etna Rosso DOC
Italian Red
Currant, blackberry and plum accompany spice and coffee. The palate is full-bodied and balanced, with fine tannins, freshness and persistence. Nerello Mascalese grows on volcanic soil along Etna's south-eastern slope. Maceration and fermentation last ten to twelve days at 25–27°C. The wine is separated from the skins without pressing and matures for ten to twelve months in 50-hectolitre French oak.
Mandrarossa 2024 Sentiero delle Gerle Etna Bianco DOC
Italian White
Ripe white fruit and orange blossom sit with light sulphurous touches. The palate is savoury and continuous, with dynamic development and a persistent finish carrying floral and balsamic notes. Carricante ferments for twenty-five to thirty days at controlled temperature, then matures on fine lees in stainless steel for twelve to fifteen months. Production totals 12,000 bottles.
Montevertine 2014 Pian del Ciampolo Toscana IGT
Italian Red
Red fruit, strawberry, raspberry, blackberry, cassis, plum and floral notes define the profile. Sangiovese forms the blend with small amounts of Canaiolo and Colorino. The parcel covers 1.5 hectares and has an east-northeast exposure, producing a long growing season and complete grape maturation. The wine matures for eighteen months in large barrels and contains thirteen percent alcohol.

Italian Red
Black cherry, blackberry and pomegranate sit with rosemary and thyme. The wine is fresh, with dense tannins and a lingering fruit finish. The cuvée combines Ruchè from five growing areas within the seven authorized municipalities of Castagnole Monferrato. Ruby colour with bright reflections accompanies rose-petal and spice notes and a delicate tannic texture. The wine contains fifteen percent alcohol by volume.
Mendel 2020 Cabernet Franc Paraje Altamira
Argentinian Red
Intense ruby colour accompanies raspberry, cherry and pink and black pepper. The tannins are ripe and firm, with a silky texture and lingering finish. Cabernet Franc grows at 1,100 metres in Paraje Altamira on sandy loam over massive calcareous blocks. Grapes are harvested and selected by hand. Maceration lasts twenty-five days. Ageing lasts twelve months in French oak divided equally among new, second-use and third-use barrels.
Dormilona 2022 Yokel Grenache Rosé Margaret River
Australian Rosé
Strawberry, peach, herbs and red plum define the profile. Dry-grown Grenache is hand-harvested and left on its skins for one day. The fruit is basket-pressed to amphora and oak, then the wine rests in a ceramic egg. Ripe pear and apple accompany savoury-edged fruit and sapid acidity. The rosé comes from Margaret River and contains eleven and a half percent alcohol.
Mendall 2024 Capa Blanca Skin-Contact White
Spanish White
White Grenache makes up sixty percent of the blend, with twenty-five percent Macabeo and fifteen percent Moscatell. This is a skin-contact white from a producer based in Pinell del Brai, Terra Alta. The vineyard work follows biodynamic principles, fermentation is spontaneous and no sulphur dioxide is added. Each vintage is handled individually, with the wines intended to reflect the grower, grape and place.
Domaine de La Bégude 2022 IGP Méditerranée Rouge
French Red
Purple colour with violet reflections accompanies black cherry, spice and mint. The palate is harmonious and fruity, with coated tannins and a long, spicy, generous finish. The blend is sixty percent Grenache, thirty percent Syrah and ten percent Mourvèdre. Grapes are fully destemmed, fermentation uses indigenous yeasts, and maceration is long. Maturation takes place in stainless steel, and the vineyards are certified Organic under EU standards.
August Kesseler 2021 The Daily August Pinot Noir Trocken Rheingau
German Red
Subtle cherry and blueberry sit with cassis and red pepper. Made from Pinot Noir, this dry red comes from the Rheingau. The producer uses classic maceration and barrique maturation for its Pinot Noir range and describes this cuvée in terms of fruit radiance and finesse. Alcohol is fourteen percent, and the 750-millilitre bottle uses a screw cap. The wine is classified as vegan-friendly.
Domaine Mosse 2021 Bisou Vin de France
French Red
Raspberry colour accompanies blackberry, cardamom and fresh fig. The wine is light and fruity, with a direct attack and a tangy finish. Grolleau Noir, Grolleau Gris, Gamay, Cabernet Franc and Chenin are vinified separately with four-to-ten-day semi-carbonic macerations. Ageing lasts eight months in foudre. Indigenous yeasts are used, and the wine is bottled unfiltered with twenty-four milligrams per litre of total sulphur.
Caviro Antico Rosone 2020 Montepulciano Abruzzo 3 L Bag-in-Box
Italian Red
Ripe red fruit sits with earthy, floral and dried-herb notes. Currant and cherry are also present, alongside acidity, velvety tannins and a medium-to-long finish. The blend contains eighty-five percent Montepulciano and fifteen percent other red varieties. It sees no wood and remains in stainless-steel tanks for three to six months before bottling. Alcohol is twelve and a half percent.
Pepe Mendoza 2021 Pequeñas Producciones Tinaja de Padilla Velo de Flor Alicante
Spanish White
Scrubland, jasmine and night-blooming jasmine accompany a dry, chalky and saline profile. Macabeo and Merseguera each account for forty-eight percent of the blend, with four percent Moscatel. The varieties are fermented separately with native yeasts, then blended and matured for six months in small Padilla amphorae. A naturally developing layer of flor shapes four months of the ageing. Production totals 3,500 bottles.
Forstmeister Geltz-Zilliken 2022 Saarburg Riesling Kabinett
German White
Tangerine, green apple and honeysuckle accompany candied lemon, grapefruit, white peach, plum and white pepper. The palate combines sweetness with bracing acidity and a candied-lemon finish. Riesling from Saarburg is grown on slate-rich soils and fermented in a neutral Fuder cask. The grapes are picked by hand. Vines average twenty years in parcels within the Rausch vineyard.
Harvey & Harriet 2022 White Blend San Luis Obispo County
American White
Tangerine, pineapple and honeydew accompany a creamy texture and bright acidity. The blend is fifty percent Chardonnay, eighteen percent Chenin Blanc, fourteen percent Grüner Veltliner, ten percent Albariño and eight percent Viognier. Mineral, spice and lees notes are also present, and the finish shows understated oak. The wine comes from San Luis Obispo County on California’s Central Coast.
