Green apple, citrus and brioche accompany a crisp palate. Chardonnay forms the base, with a small amount of Gewürztraminer used to enhance the aroma. The sparkling wine is made by the traditional method and spends sixteen months on its lees before disgorgement. The Chardonnay comes from thirty-five-year-old vines. Tiny, creamy bubbles accompany pear and floral notes. Production totals sixty cases.
