Poderi Colla 2022 Costa Bruna Barbera d’Alba
Italian Red
Black cherry, chocolate, liquorice and a hint of meatiness form the aromatic profile. Wild berry fruit and bright acidity accompany a finely textured palate with a subtle rustic edge. The finish is quiet and lingering. Barbera grapes come from a west-facing vineyard at 250 metres and are harvested by hand in small baskets. Maceration lasts ten to twelve days before eight to twelve months of maturation in Slavonian and French oak.
Emrich-Schönleber 2021 Monzinger Niederberg Riesling 1G
German White
Bright citrus peel, spice and mineral character accompany piercing acidity and a grippy texture. The dry Riesling is linear, with length and focus. Native yeasts ferment the wine in stainless steel. Niederberg's slate and quartzite slopes sit in the upper Nahe. The parcel ripens later than Halenberg because it does not receive the same thermal updraft. Farming is identified as sustainable.
Quinta da Falorca 2019 Encruzado Reserva Dão
Portuguese White
Dry and structured, the palate is balanced and has a big, lingering finish. Most of the wine matures in stainless steel, while eleven percent spends two months in new French oak. Encruzado is accompanied by a small amount of Malvasia from vines interspersed in the field. The mouthfeel coats the palate, while the structure lifts the fruit. Alcohol is thirteen percent.

American Red
Cabernet Sauvignon accounts for fifty-one percent of the blend, with Malbec at twenty-three percent, Merlot and Petit Verdot at twelve percent each, and Cabernet Franc at two percent. Raspberry and Bing cherry appear with leather and liquorice. Dark fruit and black pepper are also present. The finish is balanced and smooth. Fruit comes entirely from the Main Ranch estate vineyard, and maturation lasts fourteen months.

Argentinian White
Citrus fruit, orange peel, waxy herbal notes and a mineral edge appear with bright lemony acidity. Honey, resin, white flowers, chamomile, hazelnut and ripe citrus are also present. Semillon forms the entire wine from the Manoni vineyard in El Peral. The vineyard sits at 3,750 feet on clay loam with granite and calcareous sections. Native yeast is used after destemming, and maturation lasts twenty-four months in French oak and twelve months in bottle.

Black cherry and blackcurrant appear with floral character, mineral freshness and structure. Malbec forms the entire wine from the El Facha vineyard in El Peral. The vines grow at 3,750 feet on clay loam with granite and calcareous sections. Native yeast is used after destemming. Maturation lasts twenty-four months in French oak and twelve months in bottle. The wine is unfined and unfiltered.
IDDA 2023 Bianco Sicilia DOP
Italian White
Lemon, orange, grapefruit, ripe peach, nectarine, apricot and jasmine appear with a mineral note. The palate is juicy and refreshing, with lightly salty mineral impressions and a lingering aftertaste. Carricante comes from Biancavilla and Belpasso on the southern and southwest slopes of Etna. Whole bunches are cold pressed, and ageing lasts six to nine months in oak and stainless steel.
Château Brown 2021 Blanc Pessac-Léognan
French White
Floral notes and a light smoky note emerge after swirling. The palate is soft and fresh, with full body, aromatic density and further floral character. Sauvignon Blanc brings tension, and the finish is mineral, taut and very long. The blend is sixty-eight percent Sauvignon Blanc and thirty-two percent Sémillon. Grapes were harvested by hand, then fermented and matured in oak for eight months with stirring on fine lees.
Trefethen 2021 Cabernet Sauvignon Oak Knoll District
American Red
Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec and Petit Verdot form an eighty-eight, six and six percent blend from the Main Ranch estate vineyard. Dark plum and black cherry appear with cocoa, pepper and fragrant herbs. Bright cherry flavours are accompanied by vanilla and forest floor. The wine spent eighteen months in oak, with fifty-three percent new barrels. Alcohol is thirteen-point-nine percent, and the fruit is sustainably farmed.
Champagne Forget-Brimont 2012 Millésime Premier Cru Brut
French Sparkling
Pale gold colour and fine, persistent bubbles accompany green apple, apricot and white peach. The wine is made from forty percent Pinot Noir, forty percent Meunier and twenty percent Chardonnay. The soils are mainly chalky across Premier and Grand Cru villages. Fermentation takes place in temperature-controlled stainless steel, and malolactic fermentation is completed. Bottle ageing lasts about eight to ten years. Dosage is four grams per litre.
G.D. Vajra 2018 Barolo Bricco delle Viole
Italian Red
Purple flowers, sweet spices and mineral tones appear in layered form, with a refined acid spine and profound tannins. This Nebbiolo comes from Bricco delle Viole, between four hundred and four hundred eighty metres above sea level. Fruit was harvested between October 14 and 23, manually sorted three times, and matured for around thirty to forty-two months in large Slavonian casks.

Australian Red
Medium-deep red-purple colour accompanies a smoky, spicy and nutty profile with smoked charcuterie. The palate is finely structured and penetrating, with fine, discreet tannins that add grip. Red berries, anise, fennel, salumi, cedar and white pepper also appear with fresh acidity. The wine is Sangiovese from Beechworth and is classified as biodynamic, vegan-friendly and sustainably made.

French Red
Ruby-red colour accompanies red-fruit aromas. The Pinot Noir is ripe, with well-integrated tannins, elegant structure and a lingering finish. Power and complexity appear with a robust, round and sappy palate. The wine carries the Nuits-Saint-Georges appellation in Burgundy. Alcohol is 12.5 percent. The grapes are harvested by hand. Production follows both organic and sustainable vineyard practices.
Jean-Paul & Benoît Droin 2023 Chablis Grand Cru Valmur
French White
Chardonnay grows on Kimmeridgian marl with a south to southwest exposure. The lower slope has deeper brown soil, while the upper slope is whiter and more clay-rich. Fermentation with indigenous yeasts takes place partly in stainless steel and partly in barrel. Peach, apricot and hawthorn appear in a powerful, mineral profile with reserve and austerity. Malolactic fermentation is completed before blending.
Armand Heitz 2021 Bourgogne Rouge
French Red
Vivid violet colour accompanies red and black fruit. The profile is delicate, with orange zest on the finish. Wild strawberry, raspberry, wax, crushed stone and light smoke are also present, together with fine, light tannins and a juicy core. Half the fruit ferments as whole clusters with native yeast, and maturation lasts eight months. The vines grow on silty clay over marl.

Fresh blackcurrant, raspberry, cherry, blueberry, violet and cornflower accompany star anise, nutmeg and toast. The wine has freshness, concentration, energy and fine tannins, with a long aftertaste. A fresh-sap character and a slight chewiness are also present in the profile. The vineyard is farmed under a sustainable approach in the Fronsac appellation, within France's Bordeaux region.
Luis Seabra 2021 Mono A Alfrocheiro
Portuguese Red
Alfrocheiro comes from sustainably grown vines in granitic soils with quartz. The vineyard lies in Dão, in the foothills of the Serra da Estrela mountain range. Forty percent whole clusters ferment with indigenous yeast in a wooden vat, followed by a twenty-six-day maceration and fourteen months in Eastern European oak. The wine is bottled directly from barrel without fining or filtering. Aromatic character and gentle tannins are also present.

Merlot forms sixty percent of the blend, with thirty percent Cabernet Sauvignon and five percent each Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot. Ripe blueberry accompanies a supple, medium-bodied profile and a long, silky finish. Vinification uses thermoregulated stainless-steel or oak vats, while maturation lasts fifteen months in French oak barrels. The cuvée is a red from Pessac-Léognan.
