Domaine Boucabeille 2023 Les Terrasses Blanc Côtes du Roussillon

Floral and mineral notes define this dry white. The blend combines Grenache Blanc, Grenache Gris, Macabeu and Roussanne from schist soils on the Força Real hill. The grapes were harvested by hand in August and whole clusters were pressed directly. Vinification and maturation took place in tank. The wine contains twelve and a half percent alcohol and 0.6 grams per litre of residual sugar.
