Arnaud de Villeneuve Rivesaltes Ambré 5 Years
$34.99
Burnished copper in colour, this naturally sweet fortified wine offers dried orange, apricot and raisin with toasted nuts and warm spice. Five years of maturation bring supple depth and a gentle oxidative character, while balanced freshness keeps the richness precise. Smooth and persistent, it is equally compelling with nut tarts, mature cheese or after dinner.

About Arnaud de Villeneuve
Arnaud de Villeneuve is a Roussillon cooperative whose roots go back to a shared cellar opened by growers in Salses-le-Château in 1909. Its vineyards spread across the northern Roussillon plain between the Corbières, the Pyrenees and the Mediterranean. Plains and terraces bring together red soils, black marl, pebbles and schist.
The house makes dry wines alongside the region’s fortified specialities, where Grenache, Muscat and Macabeu play central roles. Rivesaltes Ambré undergoes oxidative maturation, while the vintage Rivesaltes collection spends extended time in oak before final blending.
