The palate is fresh and precise, its fine bubbles carrying crisp orchard fruit into a dry, energetic finish. Traditional-method ageing brings just enough savoury complexity without dulling the wine’s easy charm. Serve well chilled with oysters, fried seafood, tapas or salty snacks.

About Mata i Coloma
Mata i Coloma is the family-run cellar in Sant Sadurní d’Anoia behind the Pere Mata cavas. After studying winemaking, Pere Mata set out to revive the wine and cava traditions of both his grandfathers. The cellar works with native Penedès grape varieties and makes certified-organic cava, including Reserva and Gran Reserva bottlings given extended ageing.
