Mr Wildman 2023 Organic Cabernet Sauvignon

Made from Cabernet Sauvignon grown organically in Chile, the wine comes from the Central Valley and contains 13.5 percent alcohol.
Vivo 2021 Reserva Especial Cabernet Sauvignon
Dark garnet colour accompanies ripe cherry tomato, grilled beef, chimichurri and black peppercorn. The wine is bone-dry and medium-bodied, with a satiny texture and crisp acidity. Red currant, tart red cherry, grilled green herbs and cracked pepper appear through a medium-length finish. The Cabernet Sauvignon comes from Chile’s Central Valley; tannins are medium and grippy, and alcohol is 13.5 percent.
Cornellana XL 40 Years 2013 Red Blend Reserve
Carménère forms eighty-five percent of the blend, joined by ten percent Cabernet Franc and five percent Syrah. Fermentation uses wild yeasts, and the wine matures for twelve months in French oak. The profile is full-bodied and silky, with balanced acidity. This organic red comes from Peumo in Chile’s Cachapoal Valley. It suits red meat, mature cheese or game.
De Martino 2024 Estate Organic Sauvignon Blanc

The estate-grown Sauvignon Blanc comes from deep gravel soils in Chile’s Central Valley. Native fermentation takes place in stainless steel, and the wine does not undergo malolactic fermentation.
