Anthonij Rupert 2018 Protea Merlot
Blue and black berries, a light leafy note and cocoa open the profile. The palate is fruity, soft, rounded and juicy, with dark berries, gentle spice and a plush, velvety texture. Made entirely from Merlot, the wine was fermented on the skins for about fifteen days. Free-run and pressed juice were aged separately, then blended after eight months.
Bodegas La Purísima 2022 Consentido Monastrell Barrica
Made entirely from Monastrell, this red carries fourteen percent alcohol. Fruit depth, balance and a soft profile accompany its Yecla origin. Regional vineyards range from roughly five hundred to nine hundred metres in elevation. The wine is produced by a cooperative of local growers based in Yecla, Murcia. Suggested pairings include grilled dishes and Spanish tapas.
Frescobaldi 2020 Remole Toscana
Redcurrant and blackberry meet black pepper and eucalyptus in a deep purple-red profile. The palate is fresh, rounded and persistent, with a clear fruit core. Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon form the blend. Maceration lasts ten days, followed by malolactic fermentation; the wine then spends four months in stainless steel and two months in bottle. Alcohol is twelve and a half percent.
Hester Creek 2025 Pinot Blanc
Subtle aromas of wet stone and light flowers introduce this clean Pinot Blanc. The palate is round. The bottling carries British Columbia VQA Okanagan Valley designation. Hester Creek’s estate roots trace to vines first planted in alluvial soils, and Pinot Blanc remains one of the established white varieties grown at the property. The estate is based in Oliver, British Columbia.
La Ferla 2010 Nero d’Avola Sicilia IGT
Deep ruby colour with violet hues accompanies red plum, morello cherry, Mediterranean herbs and black pepper. The palate is soft, full-fruited and balanced, with lively tannins. Made entirely from Nero d’Avola, the wine comes from vineyards in Agrigento, Palermo and Caltanissetta. The vineyards lie between two hundred and six hundred metres on sandy-silty, calcareous soils, and suggested pairings include braised or grilled meat, chicken curry and mature cheeses.
Bodegas Briego 2011 Vendimia Seleccionada Ribera del Duero
Wild strawberry and fresh fruit meet apple, white flowers and balsamic accents. Liquorice, roasted tones, chocolate, black fruit and bright acidity are also present. Made entirely from Tempranillo, the wine spends eight months in French and American oak. The palate is fleshy and balanced, with present tannins, while the colour is a vivid red-purple and alcohol reaches fourteen percent.
Marichel 2020 Syrah Rosé
Released in the following spring, this Syrah rosé comes from Marichel. The estate grows its fruit on the Naramata Bench, where sandy and silty soils naturally limit vine vigour. The vineyard uses drip irrigation, no-till cover crops and a low-emission tractor as part of low-impact farming. The bottling is a still rosé made from Syrah in British Columbia, Canada.
Cielo e Terra 2023 Baccolo Bianco Puglia
Flowers, fresh white fruit and tropical fruit sit within an aromatic, clean profile. The texture is soft, the acidity refreshing and the overall character balanced. Chardonnay and Fiano form the blend, and the wine carries Puglia IGT classification. Its name refers to the fruit of Bacchus, and suggested pairings include grilled fish, chicken and spicy Asian dishes.
Kaiken 2021 Estate Malbec
Floral, slate and peppery-herb notes accompany dried cherry and plum. Strawberry and sweet cherry are also present. The palate is juicy and medium-bodied, with chewy tannins and fresh acidity. Toast and chocolate appear in the finish. Made entirely from Malbec in Mendoza, the wine carries fourteen percent alcohol and is listed as sustainably produced through BdA certification.
Jaume Serra Gold Brut Cava
Soft bubbles accompany buttery biscuit and yellow-fruit flavours. Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel-lo form the blend, and each variety is fermented separately in stainless steel. The base wines are then blended and bottled for a second fermentation with yeast in the bottle. This dry sparkling wine comes from Penedès in Spain and carries eleven and a half percent alcohol.
Serego Alighieri 2018 Possessioni Rosso Valpolicella Classico
Lively ruby colour accompanies cherry and light cinnamon spice. The palate is structured, with good acidity, ripe cherry flavours and a long finish recalling resinous wood. Corvina, Rondinella and Molinara form the blend. Cellar work includes a light maturation in cherry-wood barrels. The Italian wine comes from Valpolicella Classico and carries thirteen percent alcohol. Suggested pairings include fresh pasta, risotto and mature cheese.
Duca di Saragnano 2021 Aglianico-Primitivo Puglia
Intense dark-red colour shows purple hues. Blackberry aromas meet subtle floral scents and rounded sweet spice, while the palate is richly textured, dense and persistent. Aglianico and Primitivo form the blend. Produced in Puglia, the wine carries thirteen and a half percent alcohol. Rewild Pinot Grigio
Pear and apple aromas accompany crisp citrus flavours and a zesty finish. The light-bodied white comes from Australia’s Murray Darling region and carries twelve percent alcohol. Made with minimal intervention, it is classified as sustainably produced and vegan friendly. The producer uses water-saving initiatives and renewable energy and supports a programme focused on threatened species.
Adega Ponte da Barca Pardalito Vinho Verde
Ripe green apple, citrus and Sicilian lemon meet a floral note, white-fleshed fruit and refreshing acidity. The finish is citrus-led, fresh and lightly spritzy. Arinto, Loureiro and Trajadura form the blend. This dry non-vintage white comes from Vinho Verde in northwestern Portugal, carries nine and a half percent alcohol and is matured in stainless-steel tanks.
Cavalo Barão Premium Red Blend 1 L
Dark cherry, plum and dusty red-berry aromas accompany earth, spice and subtle chocolate. The palate is medium-bodied and smooth, with red and dark fruit, soft tannins and modest structure. Smoked meat, thyme and gentle minerality appear in the persistent finish. Fermentation lasts about nine days in stainless steel, followed by six months in steel to preserve freshness.
Bodegas Altivo Tempranillo Rioja
Intense floral aromas meet very fresh red fruit and delicate black liquorice. Tempranillo comes from high-altitude vineyards averaging twenty years of age. The fruit is harvested by hand in small crates in mid-September. Fermentation takes place in stainless-steel tanks at twenty-six degrees Celsius, and the wine remains on its fine lees for at least three months before bottling.

Sweet cherry and dark plum aromas accompany blackcurrant, black cherry, scorched earth and melted liquorice. Forest berries, olive tapenade and candied orange peel add further detail. Made entirely from Garnacha, the wine has supple tannins and a lively, harmonious finish. Cellar work uses concrete and stainless steel, and the wine carries fifteen and a half percent alcohol.

Made from organically grown Pinot Noir in Chile’s Bío Bío Valley, the rosé comes from grapes hand picked in March on red-clay soils. Fermentation and maturation take place in stainless steel. Epicuro 2023 Nero d’Avola Sicilia DOC
Garnet colour accompanies cherry and spice. The palate is full, soft and warm. Nero d’Avola accounts for eighty percent of the blend, joined by twenty percent Syrah. Fermentation takes place under controlled temperatures, followed by gentle pressing and maturation in stainless steel. Produced in Sicily, the dry red carries 12.5 percent alcohol and the Sicilia DOC designation.
Cave Saint-Désirat 2021 S La Syrah Ardèche
Concentrated fruit, spice and mineral notes accompany firm tannins and balance. Made entirely from Syrah, the red carries the IGP Vin de Pays de l’Ardèche designation and thirteen percent alcohol. The cooperative is based in Saint-Désirat in the northern Rhône. Its gravity-fed winery uses native yeast and pneumatic presses, and its vineyards include holdings in Saint-Joseph, Condrieu and Côte-Rôtie.
Dominio de Punctum 2023 Galerna Garnacha
Intense cherry colour shows violet reflections. Red berries, cherry, potpourri, wintergreen, spice, cedar and leather accompany a smooth, medium-bodied palate with juicy fruit, soft tannins and refreshing acidity. The dry finish is medium in length. Made from Garnacha in Castilla, the wine is produced from organically grown grapes and is identified as vegan, sustainable and carbon conscious.
Elouan Oregon Pinot Noir 375 mL
Garnet colour accompanies bright cherry, plum pie, cocoa nibs and baking spice. Raspberry jam, candied cranberry, wild bramble and black pepper are also present. The palate is rich and balanced, with concentrated fruit and firm tannins. The finish is smooth and medium in length. Made from Pinot Noir in Oregon, the wine carries 13.4 percent alcohol and comes in a 375-millilitre half bottle.
Concannon 2021 Selected Vineyards Pinot Noir Central Coast
Cherry and plum aromas accompany a medium-bodied profile with a plush, soft palate. Warm spice, clove and nutmeg add further detail, while violet and earth are also part of the established profile. Made from Pinot Noir in California, the wine carries thirteen percent alcohol. Residual sugar is listed at nine grams per litre. Suggested pairings include beef, veal, poultry and game.
Les Ligériens 2025 Rosé d’Anjou
Strawberry, cherry and cranberry accompany a crisp, refreshing palate. Gamay and Grolleau form the blend, which is fermented in stainless steel and carries eleven percent alcohol. The rosé comes from Anjou in the Loire. Its vineyards lie on low slopes of schist and blue slate in Maine-et-Loire, and the cellar work includes cold settling and temperature-controlled fermentation.
Road 13 2016 Stemwinder
Apple, pear, apricot, grape and spice accompany fresh, lingering flavours in this Okanagan white. Chardonnay, Viognier, Marsanne and Roussanne make up the blend. Fruit comes from Cawston, Black Sage Bench and the Golden Mile. The wine pairs with seafood and vegetables, bringing several South Okanagan sites and four white grape varieties together in a single cuvée.
Cantina Zaccagnini 2012 Tralcetto Montepulciano d’Abruzzo
Intense ruby colour shows violet nuances. Ripe red berries and white pepper accompany a persistent palate with soft, harmonious tannins. Made from Montepulciano in Abruzzo, the wine carries thirteen percent alcohol. The grapes are destemmed and crushed, then macerated under a submerged cap. Temperature-controlled fermentation lasts about fifteen days, followed by ageing in steel on the lees.

Stemmari 2023 Nero d’Avola Sicilia DOC

Altano Douro Tinto
Deep crimson colour accompanies floral aromas and focused fresh fruit. The palate is full and silky, with red-fruit flavours, soft ripe tannins, spicy notes, freshness and balance. Touriga Franca, Tinta Roriz and Tinta Barroca form the blend. The wine is ready for immediate drinking, though it can continue developing for up to four years, and it is served between fourteen and seventeen degrees Celsius.
Church & State 2022 Lost Inhibitions White
Pineapple, apricot, peach and floral notes accompany citrus and spice in this aromatic white blend. The palate is slightly off-dry, with a round mouthfeel and balanced acidity. Viognier, Gewurztraminer, Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Riesling, Orange Muscat and Roussanne make up the blend. Apple, pear and rose petal are also present, and the wine has a full-bodied profile.
