Classic bourbon aromas of caramel and baking spice lead, with a light thread of peat smoke adding savoury depth rather than dominating. The palate is rounded and grain-sweet, moving through vanilla, toasted oak and barbecue spice. A lingering wisp of campfire smoke, cocoa and cinnamon shapes the finish. Serve neat, with a small splash of water, or alongside smoked meats.

About Kings County Distillery
Founded in 2010, Kings County Distillery makes whiskey in the old Paymaster Building at the Brooklyn Navy Yard. It works with New York corn and rye and English malted barley, distilling in pot stills made in Scotland and Kentucky.
The range includes unaged corn whiskey, bourbon and New York rye. Its blended whiskey combines mature bourbon, rye, malt and corn whiskeys made in house, without neutral spirit.
