Scrubland, jasmine and night-blooming jasmine accompany a dry, chalky and saline profile. Macabeo and Merseguera each account for forty-eight percent of the blend, with four percent Moscatel. The varieties are fermented separately with native yeasts, then blended and matured for six months in small Padilla amphorae. A naturally developing layer of flor shapes four months of the ageing. Production totals 3,500 bottles.
Forstmeister Geltz-Zilliken 2022 Saarburg Riesling Kabinett
German White
Tangerine, green apple and honeysuckle accompany candied lemon, grapefruit, white peach, plum and white pepper. The palate combines sweetness with bracing acidity and a candied-lemon finish. Riesling from Saarburg is grown on slate-rich soils and fermented in a neutral Fuder cask. The grapes are picked by hand. Vines average twenty years in parcels within the Rausch vineyard.
Harvey & Harriet 2022 White Blend San Luis Obispo County
American White
Tangerine, pineapple and honeydew accompany a creamy texture and bright acidity. The blend is fifty percent Chardonnay, eighteen percent Chenin Blanc, fourteen percent Grüner Veltliner, ten percent Albariño and eight percent Viognier. Mineral, spice and lees notes are also present, and the finish shows understated oak. The wine comes from San Luis Obispo County on California’s Central Coast.
Baia’s Wine 2021 Krakhuna Imereti
Georgian White
Apricot, persimmon, citrus peel and herbal notes accompany stone fruit, honey and spice. The wine is full-bodied, with tannin and a long, dry finish. Krakhuna is the sole grape. Vines grow at three hundred twenty-four metres on free-draining alluvial soils. Fermentation takes place in qvevri with wild yeast, and the wine is unfiltered and low in sulphites.
Casale del Giglio 2021 Faro della Guardia Biancolella Lazio IGT
Italian White
Pale yellow colour with a green tint accompanies ripe golden peach, fresh apricot and floral perfume. The palate is flinty and fresh, with citrus on a lingering fruity finish. Biancolella grows on Ponza at the base of a sea cliff near the island’s lighthouse. The wine remains on its lees for seven to eight months before bottling. The site has volcanic and calcareous soils.
Soalheiro 2023 Primeiras Vinhas Alvarinho Monção e Melgaço
Portuguese White
Bright lemon to golden-yellow colour accompanies ripe fruit, spice and buttery notes. This dry Alvarinho has a full body with lively acidity. Grapes from the first vineyard planted in the mid-seventies and selected parcels more than thirty years old are harvested by hand. Most fermentation occurs in stainless steel, with fifteen percent in used oak vessels. The wine remains on its lees with bâtonnage and ages for six months.
Domaine Georges Glantenay 2023 Bourgogne Aligoté Vieilles Vignes
French White
Citrus and white flowers accompany fullness and taut acidity on the palate. Aligoté from Burgundy is harvested by hand from vines averaging forty-five years of age. Fermentation and ageing take place in oak. Production amounted to 1,800 bottles for this release. This dry white comes from Bourgogne AOP and contains twelve and a half percent alcohol by volume.
Henschke 2024 Peggy’s Hill Riesling
Australian White
Pale straw colour with lime-green reflections accompanies white florals, almond blossom, lime and white peach. The palate is rich and concentrated, with ripe citrus, bright acidity, mineral texture and length. Riesling from Eden Valley growers is hand-picked, partly crushed and chilled, gently pressed, cool-fermented and kept on lees. Some vines are up to fifty years old, and alcohol is eleven and a half percent.
Feudi di San Gregorio 2023 Pietracalda Fiano di Avellino Riserva DOCG
Italian White
Straw-yellow colour accompanies chamomile, fresh flowers, white-fleshed fruit, candied citron and Mediterranean scrub. The palate is soft and balanced, with savoury freshness, lively fruit and a menthol note. This Fiano is made as a reserve bottling in Fiano di Avellino DOCG, Campania. Fermentation and six months of maturation take place in stainless steel. Alcohol is thirteen percent.
Soalheiro 2020 Alvarinho Clássico Monção e Melgaço
Portuguese White
Bright lemon-yellow colour accompanies a fresh fragrance with tropical and mineral notes. Alvarinho from Monção and Melgaço is harvested by hand. The must is clarified at low temperature, fermented in stainless steel and matured on fine lees. Hot days and cold nights characterize the protected local microclimate. Moderate alcohol and acidity are balanced, and the wine contains twelve and a half percent alcohol.
Tegernseerhof 2016 Bergdistel Grüner Veltliner Smaragd
Austrian White
Medium yellow-green colour has silver reflections. Cox's Orange Pippin apple, blossom honey and delicate floral notes appear in the aromatic profile. The palate is juicy, round and almost creamy, with yellow tropical fruit, fine acidity and discreet fruit sweetness. A mineral finish is long. This stainless-steel-matured Grüner Veltliner comes from Wachau and contains thirteen percent alcohol.
Nicolas Mariotti Bindi Cantina di Torra Hors Série Blanc 2017/2018
French White
Acacia blossom, citrus and white fruit accompany a broad, supple texture, fine bitterness, freshness and persistence. This dry white blends Vermentinu from two successive harvests. Grapes are picked by hand and pressed as whole clusters, followed by light settling and spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel. The wine rests for twelve months on fine lees in tank and is bottled without filtration.
Hajszan Neumann 2016 Ried Gollin Weißburgunder
Austrian White
Medium yellow colour carries silver reflections. Fine herbal spice, delicate wood, ripe pear and a touch of vanilla appear with yellow-fruit notes. The palate is substantial, with a fine arc of acidity and lasting flavour. This organic Pinot Blanc was matured in a large wooden cask in Vienna. Alcohol is thirteen percent, and the profile shows capacity for further development.
Domaine Pierre Gaillard 2019 Saint-Péray Blanc
French White
Exotic and tropical fruit aromas accompany ripe peach, honeysuckle and orange blossom. The broad, juicy palate has phenolic grip, while spice and mineral notes appear in the finish. This dry white combines equal parts Marsanne and Roussanne. It carries 13.5 percent alcohol and comes from the Saint-Péray appellation in the Rhône. The profile also includes honeyed, candied-fruit and acacia notes.
Château Tour Léognan 2023 Pessac-Léognan Blanc
French White
Pale yellow colour has a brilliant golden aspect. Grapefruit, citrus, peach and a subtle wood note appear in a rich profile with acidity and balance. Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon each account for half of the blend. Fermentation and maturation take place in barrels and foudres for six months with lees stirring and fifteen percent new wood. The vineyard soils combine deep gravel with clay and limestone.
Pierre-Olivier Bonhomme 2020 Romorantin Vin de France
French White
Rich fruit and a full, generous body define this Romorantin. The thirty-four-year-old vines grow on clay and flint in Cheverny. The fruit was fermented without skin maceration by indigenous yeast for three months, then matured for thirteen months in a used 400-litre barrel. Only one barrel was produced from the harvest, which reached more than fourteen percent potential alcohol.
Caparsa 2019 Bianco di Caparsino Toscana IGT
Italian White
Trebbiano and Malvasia form this still white. The fruit was harvested in late September, after the estate picked Sangiovese for its traditional-method sparkling base. Lemon rind and candle wax define the profile. The wine was made in Tuscany; no following edition was produced because the next season was considered too hot to make a balanced white.
Decoy 2020 Limited Sonoma Coast Chardonnay
American White
Green apple, nectarine and candied citrus accompany roasted nuts and acacia blossom. The palate is richly textured, with fresh citrus, stone fruit and a long, silky finish. The wine is made entirely from Chardonnay. Half fermented in stainless steel and half in barrel, with thirty-five percent new French oak and fifty percent malolactic fermentation. Alcohol is 14.2 percent.
Cantine Volpi 2021 La Zerba Derthona Timorasso Colli Tortonesi

Ripe stone fruit, chamomile, sweet spice and herbal notes accompany an exotic perfume. The wine has oily richness, ample acidity and a grassy finish. Timorasso was harvested by hand, gently pressed and fermented slowly at cool temperature in stainless steel before resting in old oak barrels. The finished wine is certified organic, sustainable and vegan. It comes from Colli Tortonesi in Piedmont.
Miner Family Winery 2009 La Diligence Marsanne Stagecoach Vineyard
American White
Ripe stone fruit, buttered bread, liquorice and honeycomb meet a mineral element. The texture is lush and thick, with ripe fruit and a long finish. Marsanne comes from Stagecoach Vineyard in Napa Valley. The wine spent five months in French Burgundian oak, approximately forty percent new. Production totalled four hundred cases, and alcohol is 14.4 percent.
Arnaud Lambert 2022 Brézé Clos de Midi Saumur Blanc
French White
Pears, herbs, white pepper and spices appear in a satiny, medium-bodied profile. The wine is pure, precise and tense, with salinity and a long, delicate finish. Chenin comes from southeast-facing vines in Brézé, planted on sandy clay over chalk. The fruit was matured only in stainless-steel tanks. The vineyard is farmed under certified organic and biodynamic standards.
Nadelebi 2022 Qvevri Kisi
Georgian White
Orange blossom, honey, black tea and dried apricot shape the aromas. Dried peach, orange zest and floral notes appear in an aromatic, rich profile. This is an orange wine. Kisi grapes, including skins and stems, spent seven months in qvevri. The fruit came from organic vineyards in Kakheti, and fermentation used wild yeast. The wine was made without additives.
Le Coste 2017 Vigna Le Coste Bianco

Procanico makes up sixty percent of the blend, with Malvasia di Candia, Malvasia Toscana, Vermentino and smaller amounts of older local varieties. The vines were fourteen years old and planted at high density on a steep east-facing site at 470 metres, over volcanic soil. The grapes were destemmed and placed in wooden vats. After fermentation, the wine spent about two years in 10- and 15-hectolitre barrels. No additives were used.
Pegasus Bay 2023 Sauvignon Semillon Waipara Valley
New Zealand White
Guava, pineapple and melon lead the tropical profile, with grapefruit, honeysuckle, crushed herbs and struck match. Rich texture meets crisp acidity and a phenolic drive, with a prolonged finish. The blend is approximately seventy percent Sauvignon Blanc and thirty percent Semillon. Most Sauvignon fermented in stainless steel, while Semillon fermented in oak puncheons. Both varieties spent about ten months on their yeast lees, and the bottled wine aged another year before release.
Château Suduiraut 2019 Le Blanc Sec de Suduiraut Bordeaux Blanc
French White
Bright light-yellow colour shows green reflections. Floral notes, white fruit and lemon are joined by delicate red fruit after aeration. The palate is round, with pear, peach and Sauvignon Blanc fruit, while the finish brings citrus zest and minerality. The blend is fifty-two percent Semillon and forty-eight percent Sauvignon Blanc. Harvest ran from September 4 to 16. Ageing lasted six months: seventy-five percent in vats and twenty-five percent in barrels.

The profile includes pale yellow colour, green highlights, citrus, white flowers and a mineral touch. The palate is fresh, structured and rounded, with lively acidity and a long finish. Sauvignon Blanc comes from caillottes, flint and clay-limestone parcels. Hand-picked fruit is gently pressed, cold-settled for twelve to twenty-four hours, fermented naturally in temperature-controlled vats and aged for several months on fine lees.
Château de Beaulon Pineau des Charentes Blanc 5 Years
French Fortified
White flowers, honey, vanilla, mandarin and dried apricot define this fine, fresh and fruity fortified white. The blend is eighty percent Semillon and twenty percent Sauvignon Blanc, combined with Cognac eau-de-vie from the same estate. The youngest component spends five years in oak casks. Supple maturity accompanies the fruit, and the wine has eighteen percent alcohol.
G de Château Guiraud 2022 Bordeaux Blanc Sec
French White
Passion fruit and pink grapefruit accompany a pale, bright-yellow colour and minty freshness. Ripe-Sauvignon freshness, roundness, flesh and light brioche notes are present on the palate. Fifty-three percent Sauvignon Blanc and forty-seven percent Semillon form the blend. Fermentation is divided equally between one-wine barrels and stainless steel, with five percent malolactic fermentation. Barrel ageing lasts six months and includes regular lees stirring.
Tenute Vignola 2023 Jagamu Vermentino di Gallura DOCG
Italian White
Intense straw yellow with golden reflections accompanies yellow flowers, ripe fruit, citrus and delicate sweet notes. The palate has mineral freshness, pronounced savouriness and an elegant, silky texture. Vermentino is hand-harvested in small crates, refrigerated overnight and pressed as whole clusters without crushing or destemming. Only free-run juice is used. It settles at 7°C for seventy-two hours before about two weeks of alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel.
Pierre-Olivier Bonhomme 2019 Tuffeau Chenin
French White
Chenin grows on white chalk beneath shallow topsoil. The profile combines ripeness with the grape’s acidity, while minerality and salinity are present. Élevage lasts about a year in demi-muids, followed by another year of bottle ageing. The fruit comes from an organic grower in Vouvray, and whole clusters are pressed before fermentation in neutral oak.
