Red plantings include Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Malbec, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot.

Red and black fruit aromas appear with balsamic notes and Mediterranean herbs. The palate is delicate and elegant, with spicy flavours, cinnamon and vanilla. This red wine comes from Murcia and carries 14.5 percent alcohol. The blend combines Monastrell and Cabernet Sauvignon. Maturation includes at least twelve months in oak and then at least twelve months in stainless steel.

Black cherry, cinnamon, blackberry and sweet tobacco appear with lavender, violet and a subtle blueberry-pie note. The palate is mouth-filling, with naturally balanced acidity, structured yet approachable tannins and toasty oak. The blend contains sixty-nine percent Cabernet Sauvignon, fifteen percent Malbec, ten percent Petit Verdot, three percent Carménère and three percent Cabernet Franc. Fruit came from Osoyoos East Bench vineyards, and thirty-one percent of the French oak was new. The wine is vegan.

The fruit comes from estate vineyards in the Osoyoos region of the Okanagan Valley.

The blend is 38 percent Merlot, 34 percent Cabernet Franc and 28 percent Cabernet Sauvignon. Fruit comes from the Mama D vineyard in Oliver and the Monarch vineyard in Osoyoos. Winemaking uses entirely neutral oak.

Clusters are sorted before destemming, berries are sorted again, and the wine undergoes a cold soak, stainless-steel fermentation, extended maceration, basket pressing and barrel maturation. The vineyard lies in Agrelo, Mendoza.

Pale pink colour accompanies fresh red berries, mineral character and fresh acidity. The blend is fifty percent Grenache, thirty percent Syrah, fifteen percent Cabernet Sauvignon and five percent Rolle. Vines grow on clay-limestone soils. Grapes are harvested by hand into small baskets, selected manually and pressed without prior maceration. Fermentation occurs spontaneously in stainless steel, and alcohol is twelve-and-a-half percent.

Ruby red in colour, with red fruit, sweet spice and vanilla. The palate is soft, with pleasant acidity. Sangiovese, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon come from vineyards between 150 and 450 metres. The grapes were harvested by hand. Fermentation lasted fifteen days under a submerged cap in temperature-controlled stainless steel with native yeasts, and malolactic fermentation also took place in stainless steel. The wine contains 13.5 percent alcohol.

Deep ruby in colour, with blackberry preserve, black pepper, liquorice, vanilla and balsamic herbs. The palate is mouth-filling, rich and full-bodied, with velvety tannins and freshness. Cabernet Sauvignon comes from the Tenuta Albore estate west of Scansano. The grapes were hand-harvested in late September and macerated for twelve days in stainless steel. Maturation lasted twelve months in large Slavonian oak casks.

The red spends six months in French oak and is bottled at fourteen percent alcohol. Its clay-and-limestone vineyard is exposed to the south.

Cabernet Sauvignon is harvested entirely by hand and pressed directly. Indigenous yeasts carry fermentation, and the wine is raised in concrete tanks. Lemon and grapefruit join fresh, crisp fruit and saline notes. The dry rosé is refreshing at eleven and a half percent alcohol. Organic farming has been used since the mid-nineteen-seventies, with Demeter certification since the late nineteen-nineties.

The colour resembles raspberry juice, and fresh red-berry aromas are present. The palate is mellow and vinous, with the crispness of a white wine and closing notes of geranium, red apple and aniseed. Sangiovese and Cabernet Sauvignon make up ninety percent of the blend, with other grapes forming the remainder. The fruit was hand harvested, softly pressed and macerated for six hours. Four months on lees took place in stainless steel. The vineyards were farmed organically.

Plum, fig, cherries in syrup, cassis, liquorice, chocolate and cinnamon accompany blackberry, green peppercorn and balsamic notes. The palate has smooth tannins and good body. Carménère makes up ninety percent of the blend, with ten percent Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine matured for twelve months in French oak, half new. Fruit comes from Apalta and Marchigüe in the Colchagua Valley.

Cabernet Sauvignon accounts for seventy percent of the blend and Agiorgitiko thirty percent. The varieties were vinified separately after a short cold soak, then fermented in stainless steel with regular pump-overs. Following malolactic conversion, the wine matured for twelve months in French oak, one third new. Sour cherries and sweet spices accompany blackberry, pepper, leather and a vegetal note. The palate has pronounced acidity, fleshy tannins and a persistent finish.

The colour is dark Bordeaux red with bluish reflections. Tempranillo forms seventy percent of the blend, with thirty percent Cabernet Sauvignon. Red fruit, spice and smoke accompany coffee, chocolate, mineral and caramel notes. The wine spent nine months in oak. Its structure is smooth and fleshy, with balanced tannins. A long finish includes fine toasted notes. The wine comes from Somontano in Aragón.

Wild berry fruit, desert sagebrush and dusty minerality define a rich, full-bodied profile. The blend combines thirty-five percent Cabernet Sauvignon, thirty percent Cabernet Franc, eighteen percent Merlot, twelve percent Malbec and five percent Syrah. Seventeen barrels were selected, with maturation largely in neutral French oak and five new barrels. Suave, polished texture and dense concentration support further ageing.
