Anise and lavender rise above deep blue and black fruit, with smoke and cocoa adding a savoury edge. Estate Cuvée 2012 brings together Syrah, Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot in a rich, velvety Paso Robles blend. Its generous fruit and supple tannins suit slow-cooked beef, roast lamb or mushrooms in a rich sauce.
