Dark berries and violet are framed by roasted oak in this Cabernet-led Rutherford blend. Red and black fruit carry through a concentrated palate, with a firm structure and a long finish. Cabernet Franc and Merlot add detail to the Cabernet Sauvignon. Pour it with roast beef, lamb or a savoury mushroom dish.

About Inglenook
Inglenook was founded in Rutherford in 1879 by Finnish-born sea captain and entrepreneur Gustave Niebaum, who intended to create a Napa estate on European principles. After the estate and its name were separated in 1964, Francis and Eleanor Coppola began buying the property in 1975, reunited its vineyards in 1995 and restored the Inglenook name in 2011. Philippe Bascaules joined in 2011 to direct winemaking, bringing experience from Château Margaux.
The estate began farming organically in the 1980s. In 2022, new underground caves and a winery designed to handle vineyard blocks separately opened at Inglenook.
