Pair with salmon, duck or mushrooms.
Averaen 2022 Pinot Noir Willamette Valley
Dark cherry and strawberry meet earth, cracked pepper and a quiet thread of vanilla. Medium-bodied with fine tannins, the palate combines ripe fruit with fresh acidity and a gently plush texture. Tea, clove and anise add savoury complexity through the finish. Pair with duck, roast chicken, salmon or mushroom dishes.
50th Parallel 2024 In Parallel Pinot Noir Rosé
Vivid pink colour accompanies white chocolate, strawberry, cherry, watermelon and chamomile blossom. The palate is juicy and balanced, with ripe berry flavours, floral lift, tart refreshing acidity and a lingering soft finish. Pinot Noir fruit came from the Willamette Valley in Oregon through a partnership with growers there. The dry, light-bodied style also carries raspberry and citrus notes. The wine was crafted in British Columbia.
St. Innocent 2011 Freedom Hill Vineyard Chardonnay
Apple, pear, spice and ripe citrus appear in a detailed, focused profile. Fresh stone fruit appears with bright acidity and layers of stony character recalling river stones and peach stone. This Chardonnay comes from Freedom Hill Vineyard in Oregon’s Willamette Valley. The profile also includes fruit character, buttery vanilla and a light palate with depth.
Stoller Family Estate 2018 Willamette Valley Pinot Noir
Blackberry, bramble and baking spice appear in a dark, earthy profile. Fine-grained tannins and vibrant red fruit carry through the finish. Fruit came from selected Willamette Valley sites and several Pinot Noir clones. The wine aged for almost a year, with fifteen percent new oak and the remainder in neutral barrels. The growing season brought a warm, dry summer and a cool September that allowed extended ripening.
Ken Wright Cellars 2022 Willamette Valley Pinot Noir
Red and blue fruits, cedar, violet, anise and turned earth form the profile. The palate is balanced, with natural acidity and velvety tannins. Pinot Noir comes from vineyards in the northern Willamette Valley sub-appellations. The vineyards include marine-sediment and volcanic-rock soils and are organically certified. Maturation takes place in stainless steel and neutral French oak. Alcohol is thirteen point two percent.
Day Wines 2022 Infinite Air Castles Gamay-Dolcetto Willamette Valley
Rosy florals, blueberries, boysenberry, grilled plum, cracked pepper, dark berries, obsidian minerals, petrichor and summer forest shape the profile. Bright acidity appears with a plush, velvety mid-palate and a long, firm structure. The blend is fifty-eight percent Gamay and forty-two percent Dolcetto. Partial destemming leaves twenty percent whole clusters. Native fermentation lasts twenty-four days, followed by eleven months in neutral French oak.
White Walnut Estate 2023 Worden Hill Road Chardonnay
White peach, white pepper, saline and seashell notes accompany tight citrus acidity. Flinty spice and lemon verbena are present with lime zest and fresh flowers. The medium-bodied palate is tangy, mineral, vivid and vibrant, with a clean, fresh character and a Chablis-like feel. Its linear shape remains ripe and energetic. Fruit comes from a Chardonnay site along Worden Hill Road in the Willamette Valley.
Ponzi 2019 Tavola Pinot Noir
Black cherry, rhubarb and clove appear with caramel, wild herbs and baking spice. Raspberry, plum and strawberry compote are also present, along with silky tannins. Fruit comes from several vineyards across the Willamette Valley. The Pinot Noir sees twenty percent new oak. Its profile is soft and plush, with red fruit and spice in the glass.
Résonance 2019 Willamette Valley Pinot Noir
Strawberry, cherry, rose, orange peel and liquorice accompany the red wine. The Pinot Noir has lively acidity and fruit notes. Fruit comes from estate and partner vineyards across the Willamette Valley. After meticulous sorting and precise destemming, the wine spends fifteen months in French-oak barrels, thirty percent new, and is bottled at 13.5 percent alcohol.
Résonance 2017 Willamette Valley Pinot Noir
A bright ruby colour accompanies strawberry, raspberry, wild cherry and blackberry, with subtle floral and spice notes. The Pinot Noir has fine tannins and acidity with lasting freshness. The cuvée blends fruit from Willamette Valley vineyards, including the Résonance and Découverte estate sites. It spends thirteen months in French-oak barrels, twenty percent new, and carries 13.5 percent alcohol.
Benton-Lane 2022 Willamette Valley Pinot Noir
Fresh raspberry and sour cherry meet black pepper, cardamom, earth, dried thyme and pennyroyal. The wine is medium-bodied, with a vibrant, textured midpalate, elegant tannins, balanced acidity and a long finish. Each vineyard block was handled separately, with five to seven days of cold soak before fermentation. After gentle pressing, malolactic fermentation took place in French oak, followed by ten months in barrel with nineteen percent new oak.
Lingua Franca 2021 Avni Pinot Noir
Subtle, mouth-filling and rich, with red cherry, black cherry, tea, rose petal, savoury and mineral nuances and a round, plummy texture. More than seventy percent of the Pinot Noir comes from the estate, with the remainder from Eola-Amity Hills vineyards. Grapes are hand-harvested and fermented spontaneously with eighteen percent whole clusters before twelve months in French oak and four months in tank.
Benton-Lane 2008 First Class Pinot Noir
Deep ruby colour accompanies cherry, blackberry, wet earth, mocha, anise and blueberry. Ripe, fine tannins and balanced acidity sit within a rich, velvety texture and an extremely long finish. Dark cherry, plum and spice also appear with firm structure. This Pinot Noir comes from Oregon’s Willamette Valley and represents a selection of individual cellar lots.

Made from organically and biodynamically farmed fruit with a low-intervention approach, it is a natural partner for oysters, shellfish or simple vegetable dishes.
Maison Noir 2018 Bottoms Up Riesling Blend
Bright and lightly off-dry, with ripe peach, citrus and honeyed orchard fruit lifted by a subtle mineral note. Kings Ridge 2022 Willamette Valley Pinot Noir
Smoked strawberry and black pepper lead, with red currant, lavender and wild herbs adding a savoury edge. The palate is light and fine-boned, combining tart cranberry and citrus with lively acidity and pillow-soft tannins. Fresh, gently chilled and easy at the table, it works well with salmon, roast chicken, mushroom dishes or an outdoor picnic.
Argyle 2007 Brut Rosé Willamette Valley
Raspberry, ripe pear and wild strawberry lead, with rose petals and a light cinnamon note adding lift. Fine bubbles carry a creamy yet balanced palate, where pomegranate, red currant and gentle mineral detail keep the fruit precise. Dry and lingering through the finish, it pairs well with seafood, poultry, savoury pastries or caviar.
