The palate is soft and smoothly textured, with moderate ripeness and a savoury undercurrent that keeps the fruit in focus. Round and easy to enjoy, it finishes with gentle earth and red fruit. Pair with salmon, duck or mushrooms.

About Quails' Gate
The Stewart family’s roots in the Okanagan reach back to 1908, long before vines were planted on the present property in 1961. Quails’ Gate was founded in 1989. Pinot Noir and Chardonnay are central to its Okanagan wines, alongside historic Chasselas plantings. Its Field & Flight collection also explores vineyards in Oregon, Washington and California.
