Fruit, mint, spice and raspberry accompany round tannins and a long finish. The wine is made entirely from Nebbiolo, with grapes drawn mainly from vineyards in the Barolo and Barbaresco production areas. Alcoholic fermentation lasts about three to four weeks, followed by malolactic fermentation in steel or barriques. The separate vineyard lots mature in barriques and large casks for approximately eighteen to twenty months before blending in steel for bottling.

Ruby-red colour accompanies violets and red fruit. The Nebbiolo has tannins that recall the earth of the Langhe. Fruit comes from an east-facing two-hectare vineyard at 200 metres, planted at four thousand vines per hectare. Selected clusters ferment with about fifteen days of skin contact and complete malolactic conversion. The wine then matures in oak barrels of different sizes for twelve to eighteen months.

Ruby colour with purple reflections accompanies high-toned red fruit, floral, earthy and herbal notes. Acidity and superfine tannins sit alongside fruit flavours. The perfume is delicate, fine and intense, while the taste is full and appropriately tannic. Fruit comes from the Langhe in Piedmont, and the wine is made entirely from Nebbiolo under Langhe DOC.

Ruby colour accompanies fruit and earthy notes in a gently structured Nebbiolo. Most fruit comes from Le Casasse, with a smaller portion from young vines in Gallina. Stainless-steel fermentation is followed by a brief period in wood. The vineyard sources are in Barbaresco, and the wine has lifted fragrance, freshness and a supple mouthfeel. The younger vineyard material has a more open aspect.

Red cherry and wild berries lead into dried rose, violet and a measured note of sweet spice. The palate is medium-bodied and finely structured, with bright acidity carrying the fruit through firm but balanced tannins. Tobacco, earth and a touch of white pepper add savoury depth, while the finish stays composed and persistent, returning to cherry, floral detail and gentle mineral tension.

Black cherry, dark plum and blackberry are joined by dried rose, mint, liquorice and white truffle. The palate is full-bodied and concentrated, with dense fruit, firm but velvety tannins and a fresh mineral line keeping the scale in balance. Tar, espresso and earth add mature savoury depth. Decant carefully and serve with braised beef, venison, truffle dishes or aged cheese.

Raspberry and cherry lead, with crushed rose, pine needle, mint and liquorice adding savoury lift. The palate is crisp and structured, carrying bright red fruit through ripe acidity and finely coiled, youthful tannins. Floral and lightly saline through the persistent finish, it suits mushroom risotto, braised beef, roast poultry or aged cheeses.

Wild cherry and red berries lead, joined by liquorice, rose, cedar and a gentle earthy note. The palate is medium-bodied yet substantial, with fresh acidity and dry, fine-grained tannins giving the fruit a sturdy frame. Tobacco leaf and sandalwood add savoury depth before a balanced, persistent finish.

Sour cherry and blood orange set a bright, savoury tone, with rose hip and light spice adding aromatic detail. The interplay of tart red fruit, citrus and gently floral accents gives the wine a poised, food-friendly character without feeling ornate. Serve slightly below room temperature with mushroom risotto, roast chicken, tomato-braised dishes or a simple plate of cured meats and firm cheese.
