Intense silken red with a tinge of bricky orange. The nose is powerful with complex, red fruit, vanilla, herbs, bitter root, and spearmint. The palate is generous with evident but silky tannins. A very expressive Barolo blended from the winery's best plots. Pairs well with aged cheese, boar, wild mushrooms, and anything with truffle.
