The Syrah is hand-picked, lightly crushed and whole-bunch fermented for ten days. Maturation lasts ten months, with three quarters in steel tanks and one quarter in older barrels.

The finish carries cranberry and redcurrant. Alcohol is 12.96 percent, and the wine comes from Piekenierskloof.

It is dry, with 13.11 percent alcohol and 1.9 grams per litre residual sugar.

Fruit comes from unirrigated vines in the Hemel-en-Aarde Ridge. Six months of ageing uses fifty-eight percent old French oak, twenty-four percent amphorae and eighteen percent stainless steel. Alcohol is 12.75 percent.

Red cherry, cranberry, rose and lavender accompany a dense, focused Pinot Noir with fine, grippy tannins and fruit weight. Fruit from coastal Hemel-en-Aarde sites and a high-altitude inland vineyard is harvested by hand. Approximately half is destemmed and half remains in whole clusters. Natural fermentation precedes four weeks of maceration, followed by nine months in lightly toasted French-oak barrels. The wine carries fourteen percent alcohol.

A single Bokkeveld shale site with high clay content retains water and contributes a riper fruit profile. More than half the crop was destemmed, while the balance remained in clusters. Wild fermentation took place in small open-top fermenters, followed by extended maceration and fourteen months in second- and third-fill French oak. Violets, pepper, blueberry, darker berries and black olive accompany stony texture, powdery tannins and fresh acidity.
