Bocale 2015 Ennio Montefalco Sagrantino
Cassis, mocha and cedar lead the nose with an assertive, dark-fruited character. The concentrated palate brings dried black cherry, cocoa and vanilla into focus, supported by tightly knit tannins and a broad, powerful frame. A warming note carries through the finish, giving this structured red a bold, cellar-worthy profile.
Montemelino 2019 Ciliegio Rosato
Fresh fruit and pleasant acidity define a balanced rosato. Ciliegiolo is the sole variety. The grapes are lightly direct-pressed before temperature-controlled fermentation in stainless steel. The vineyard lies about 250 metres above sea level on clay soil with a south-easterly exposure and spurred-cordon training. Harvesting is done by hand in September, with yields capped at five thousand kilograms per hectare.
Antonelli San Marco 2024 Montefalco Grechetto DOC
Made entirely from Grechetto, grapes hand-picked in September undergo soft pressing, cold static clarification and fermentation in stainless steel. Maturation continues in tank with extended lees contact before bottling. The colour is deep straw yellow; citrus, peach, almond and hawthorn appear with fresh, fruity and floral character. The palate has good structure and pleasant freshness.
Famiglia Cotarella 2025 Verdeluce Vermentino Umbria IGP
Pear, citrus, white flowers and green apple define the aromatic profile. Lively acidity appears with a pleasant mineral note. Made entirely from Vermentino, the dry white comes from Umbria and carries the Umbria IGP designation. The style is fresh and fruity. Alcohol is twelve percent, residual sugar is two grams per litre, and the bottle is closed with natural cork.
Antonelli 2022 Montefalco Rosso
Ruby red in colour, with cherry and wild-berry aromas. The palate is dry, balanced and well structured, with freshness from Sangiovese. The varieties are vinified separately, spending about two to three weeks on the skins before blending. Maturation lasts at least nine months in large oak casks, followed by static clarification in concrete tanks. The blend contains Sangiovese, Montepulciano and a local black grape.
Argillae 2023 Orvieto Superiore
Bright straw-yellow colour accompanies yellow flowers, citrus and tropical fruit. The palate is broad, complex, fruity and persistent, with mineral notes, refreshing acidity and a fresh finish. Grechetto, Procanico, Malvasia, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc form the blend. Fermentation and four to five months of ageing take place in stainless steel, followed by one month of bottle ageing.
Antinori Castello della Sala 2023 Conte della Vipera Umbria IGT
Straw-yellow colour with bright green hues accompanies pink grapefruit, lychee, sage and elderflower. The palate is supple and fresh, with lime and pineapple in the finish. Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon are hand harvested, cooled before gentle pressing and fermented in stainless steel below sixteen degrees Celsius. The wine is then held at about ten degrees to prevent malolactic fermentation.
Paolo Bea 2016 San Valentino Umbria Rosso IGT
Ripe cherry, blackberry, exotic spice, wild underbrush, old leather, woody notes and dried rocky earth appear in a dry, medium-tannic red. Sangiovese is joined by Montepulciano and Sagrantino. The wine spent twelve months in stainless steel, twenty-four months in large wooden barrels and a further year in bottle. Its vineyards were farmed without herbicides, fertilizers or chemical treatments.
Paolo Bea 2018 Arboreus Umbria Bianco IGT
Amber-yellow colour appears with ripe apricot, orange peel, spice, dried flowers and honey. The profile is enveloping, savoury, fresh and intense. Trebbiano Spoletino underwent spontaneous fermentation in stainless steel without added sulphur and remained on the skins for more than twenty days. Maturation lasted twenty-four months in stainless-steel vessels, including more than two hundred days with fine lees. The wine carries 13.5 percent alcohol.
Tenuta di Saragano 2012 Montefalco Sagrantino
Brilliant ruby-red colour appears with tobacco, leather and dried orange. The taste has precision and fine tannins, with silky, slender and persistent character. Made entirely from Sagrantino, the wine also shows undergrowth, black cherry and blackberry. It is tannic but soft, full-bodied and elegant. Maturation includes two years in barrique and two years in bottle. The vineyard sits at 500 metres on limestone and clay soil.
Tenuta di Saragano 2018 Montefalco Rosso Riserva
Sangiovese forms sixty percent of the blend, with twenty percent each Merlot and Sagrantino. Ruby colour tends toward garnet, with black cherry, ripe wild berries, cedar and tobacco. The profile is soft and harmonious, with refined tannins. The twenty-five-year-old vineyard lies at 500 metres on sandstone and clay. Maturation includes French barriques, large barrels and a year in bottle in an underground cave.

It matures twenty-four months in oak, then three months in steel and twelve months in bottle.
Paolo Bea Rosso de Véo 2015 Umbria Rosso
Plum, black cherry and mixed bramble berries lead a concentrated, generous profile. Floral lift keeps the ripe fruit fresh, while earth, balsamic detail, espresso and dark spice add savoury complexity. The palate is dry and powerful, with electric acidity and chewy tannins giving shape to the opulence. Silky texture emerges with air. The finish remains lifted and persistent, carrying dark fruit, earth and spice.
Paolo Bea Pagliaro 2016 Montefalco Sagrantino
Dusty dried cherry, plum and blood orange lead an intense, distinctive bouquet, with crushed rose and fragrant purple flowers adding lift. Dark spice, earth and a measured feral note bring savoury depth. The palate is taut and juicy, driven by fresh acidity and firm tannins. Crunchy mineral detail sharpens the long finish, leaving dark fruit, flowers, spice and a persistent dry grip.
Falesco Vitiano Rosso
Generous and approachable, with ripe cherry, plum and blackberry layered over licorice, sweet spice and soft herbal notes. The palate is medium-bodied and dry, its smooth tannins and fresh acidity keeping the dark fruit balanced rather than heavy. A supple, savoury finish works well with pasta, pizza, grilled sausages or roast vegetables.

Golden apple, lemon and white flowers lead, with chamomile, vanilla and lightly toasted oak adding warmth. The palate is structured yet fresh, balancing rounded fruit with clean acidity and a mineral finish.
