Cagliero 2024 Rabel Langhe Bianco
Straw colour shows green reflections. Aromatic herbs, wildflowers, fruit and citrus shape a dry, full and complex profile with lively acidity and balance. Arneis, Favorita and Sauvignon Blanc are softly pressed together before fermentation in stainless steel. The wine remains unoaked and spends six months in steel with bâtonnage, retaining the freshness of this white blend from the Langhe.
Villa Sparina 2018 Gavi del Comune di Gavi 375 mL
White blossom, stone fruit and fresh-herb aromas accompany green apple, lemon drop, peach and mineral notes. The palate is dry, concentrated and balanced, with a long finish. Made from Cortese, the wine ferments and ages in stainless-steel tanks. Pale straw colour shows green reflections. The designation is Gavi DOCG del Comune di Gavi, and the bottle is sealed with a cork.
Araldica 2022 Palazzi Monferrato Chiaretto Rosato
Barbera and Pinot Nero form this Monferrato rosato, which is fermented in stainless steel after a short, cool skin maceration and gentle pressing. Fresh strawberry and redcurrant aromas meet ripe berry, plum and cherry character, with juicy acidity and a fresh finish. The wine is vegan, carries 11.5 percent alcohol and works with tomato-based pasta or roasted vegetables.
Villadoria 2024 Icaro Barbera Piemonte DOC
Blackberry and elderberry accompany an intense ruby colour. The palate is fruit-driven, relatively light and marked by the variety’s present acidity, with a clean finish. Made entirely from Barbera grown in Piedmont, the wine ages in stainless steel tanks. The style is approachable, direct and unoaked. Red cherry, plum, dried herbs and violets are also present, alongside low tannins.
Santa Vittoria 2019 Barbera d’Alba DOC
Barbera from the Langhe and Roero area spends six months in barrel. The vineyards stand on high and mid-hillsides over compact clayey marl and calcareous marl. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel, followed by malolactic fermentation after seven to eight days on the skins. The estate sits above the Tanaro River at Santa Vittoria d’Alba, and its tower dates to 1386.
G.D. Vajra 2024 Moscato d’Asti 375 mL
Golden apple, apricot and candied peach appear with a floral bouquet and creamy mousse. White peach and jasmine are also present, while sweetness and zippy acidity remain in balance. The finish is long, vibrant and clean. Moscato Bianco comes from steep old vineyards planted from nineteen sixty-five onward between Mango and Santo Stefano Belbo. The fruit is gently pressed and fermented in small batches. Alcohol is five and a half percent.

Dark currant, raspberry, vanilla and almond appear with toasted notes. The palate is light and refreshing, with balanced acidity, soft tannins and a long finish. Barbera, Nebbiolo and Dolcetto form the blend from Piedmont, Italy. The wine has a bright ruby colour, thirteen-point-five percent alcohol and a semi-dry style under the Piemonte DOC designation. It pairs with antipasti, pasta, grilled poultry or pork, and medium-aged cheeses.
Truffle Hunter Leda 2024 Piemonte Bianco
Green apple, honey, beeswax and cedar appear in a straw-gold white profile. The palate is fresh and lively, with slightly mineral acidity and a pleasant finish. The blend combines Arneis, Riesling, Chardonnay and Moscato from Piedmont, Italy. It contains thirteen percent alcohol, carries the Piemonte DOC designation and is presented in a semi-dry white style.
Araldica 2022 Piemonte Barbera
Plum, raspberry and cherry lead this fresh, juicy red, while sour cherry, soft tannins, spicy liquorice and balsamic notes add detail. Refreshing acidity shapes the finish. Barbera grows on clay-limestone soils in the Monferrato hills, where grapes are hand-harvested before fermentation and malolactic conversion in stainless steel. The wine then matures for four to six months in stainless steel before bottling.
Rocche Costamagna 2021 Langhe Arneis
Straw yellow with green reflections, with white flowers and green apple in the profile. The palate is fresh, savoury and mineral. Made entirely from Arneis, the grapes are gently pressed and statically settled before fermentation at sixteen degrees for about three weeks. The wine then rests on its lees in stainless steel for at least three months and has an expected lifespan of three to six years.
Bosio Family Estate Passato 2022 Roero Arneis
Straw-coloured, with floral notes, green apple, melon and an almond undertone. The palate combines ripe pear and citrus over a mineral, stony base, with guava and almond notes on the finish. Made entirely from Arneis, the wine spends six months on its lees. Grapes grow organically on clay-calcareous soils in Roero, and the wine contains thirteen and a half percent alcohol.
Belcolle 2020 Langhe DOC Nebbiolo
Ruby colour accompanies violet, raspberry, blackberry, cherry, plum and thyme. The palate is dry, velvety and medium-bodied, with balanced tannin and ripe fruit. Nebbiolo grows on sandy-calcareous soils around Alba. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel with selected yeasts, and maturation lasts six months. Alcohol is 14 percent, and the finish is dry and fruit-focused.
Vite Colte 2024 San Nicolao Barbera d’Asti
Intense ruby colour carries violet reflections. Blueberry, violet, cherry and liquorice appear in a dry Barbera, with a soft texture and lively acidity. Maceration lasts about ten days at 25–28°C. Malolactic fermentation follows alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel, and maturation also takes place in steel. The grapes come from traditionally managed, low-yield vineyards in Piedmont.
G.D. Vajra 2023 Langhe Rosso
Delicate ruby-red colour accompanies red fruit, sweet spice, violet and rosehip. The palate is energetic and lively, shaped by silky tannins. The blend includes Dolcetto, Nebbiolo, Barbera, Freisa, Albarossa, Slarina and Chatus. Grapes are picked by hand and sorted manually. Each block ferments separately for about twenty days. Maturation lasts approximately four to six months, mainly in stainless steel.
Cascina Tavijn 2019 Vino Rosso
Ruby red, this Barbera and Freisa blend offers red fruit, herbs and undergrowth. The palate is warm and soft, with structure, lively tannins, freshness and a persistent finish. Fermentation and refinement take place over several months in fibreglass tanks. The vineyards are in Scurzolengo, Piedmont, and are farmed organically. The wine is bottled unfiltered at thirteen and a half percent alcohol.
