Merwah comes from old vines in North Lebanon, while Sauvignon Blanc grows in the Bekaa Valley. Fermentation takes place on the skins in stainless steel. The lots undergo malolactic fermentation, are racked twice and are bottled without fining or filtration. Alcohol is eleven percent.

Chateau Musar L’Arack de Musar 500 mL

Lebanese Other Spirits
$89.99

Grape alcohol with an average age of five years forms the base. Clear and colourless, it shows anise, fennel and liquorice, with a clean, smooth and powerful palate and a long finish. It contains fifty-three percent alcohol.

Domaine des Tourelles Arak Brun 5 Year Special Reserve

Lebanese Other Spirits
$125.99

Anise and liquorice lead a clear, intensely aromatic nose, supported by subtle grape fruit and dry herbal notes. The palate is smooth and concentrated, with five years in clay jars giving the spirit a rounded, settled texture without muting its fresh anise character. A gentle fruitiness emerges through the middle before a long, clean finish. Pour neat, then add ice-cold water to soften the strength and release the aromatic oils.

GinBey Mediterranean Gin

Lebanese Gin
$81.99

Piney juniper and coriander lead a dry, aromatic profile, with Lebanese citrus peel bringing brightness beside florals, warm spice and a light earthy note. Fourteen locally sourced botanicals give the palate detail without crowding its clean structure. Resting in traditional clay amphorae rounds the texture while preserving a clear mineral edge and a lively black-pepper lift. The finish is composed and fragrant, carrying juniper, citrus and spice. Serve with tonic, rosemary or a simple twist of orange.

Château Nakad 2013 Cuvée L’Alouette

Lebanese Red
$25.99

Mature and supple, with ripe red berries, dried cherry and plum joined by black pepper, cedar and a gentle savoury note. The palate is dry and smooth, its softened tannins giving shape without heaviness. A composed, lightly spiced finish makes this an easy match for grilled lamb, roast vegetables or warmly spiced meat dishes.

Mersel 2021 LebNat Rosé Pét-Nat

Lebanese Sparkling
$53.99

Fresh strawberry, raspberry and pomegranate open with redcurrant and a distinctly savoury herbal undertone. Delicate natural bubbles leave the ripe red fruit bright and unforced, while gentle acidity gives the palate lift. The finish is dry, lightly textured and energetic, with subtle earthiness beneath the fruit.

Château Musar 2022 Musar Jeune Rosé

Lebanese Rosé
$44.99

Orange blossom, red cherry and raspberry open with pomegranate, pink grapefruit and rose petals. The palate is dry, fresh and rounded, bringing peach, mandarin and green apple into a gently velvety texture. Almond, rosewater and a subtle Lebanese spice note shape the warm, balanced finish.
