Orange blossom, red cherry and raspberry open with pomegranate, pink grapefruit and rose petals. The palate is dry, fresh and rounded, bringing peach, mandarin and green apple into a gently velvety texture. Almond, rosewater and a subtle Lebanese spice note shape the warm, balanced finish.

About Chateau Musar
Gaston Hochar founded Chateau Musar in 1930, inspired by Lebanon’s ancient wine culture and by his travels in Bordeaux. His son Serge became winemaker in 1959 and continued making wine through Lebanon’s civil war. The Hochar family continues to run the estate.
Grapes for the Chateau Musar red come from the Bekaa Valley, while Obaideh and Merwah for the white grow high on Mount Lebanon. The estate’s vineyards gained organic certification in 2006. Winemaking relies on ambient yeasts, low sulphur use and long maturation before release.
