Clos du Tue-Boeuf 2022 Pineau d’Aunis
French Red
Raspberry, flowers and white pepper shape this light Loire red. Pineau d'Aunis comes from organically tended, hand-harvested vines that are about a century old. The wine spends six months in old barrels and is bottled without added sulphur. Translucent ruby colour, cranberry and blood-orange acidity, green-olive character and a peppery rocket note are also present.
Milan Nestarec 2020 Bum Bum Cha Rosé Pet-Nat
Czech Sparkling
This gently sparkling rosé combines Riesling, Frankovka, Sauvignon and Zweigelt. The grapes co-ferment before the wine is sealed under crown cap to finish fermentation. Strawberries and cherries are part of the profile, and the wine contains eleven percent alcohol. Four distinct colourful label versions were created for this release and are mixed within the cases.
Lyrarakis 2020 Mandilari Plakoura
Greek Red
Deep ruby in colour, this Mandilari has black fruit, cedar-chocolate, nutty oak, vanilla biscuit, earth and dried-herb notes. The vineyard sits at five hundred metres on sandy-loam soil with a northern aspect. Grapes are hand harvested, destemmed and crushed, then macerate during fermentation for ten days below twenty-seven degrees. Fine-grained tannins, vibrant acidity and a long savoury aftertaste are present.
Pierre-Olivier Bonhomme 2019 Tuffeau Chenin
French White
Chenin grows on white chalk beneath shallow topsoil. The profile combines ripeness with the grape’s acidity, while minerality and salinity are present. Élevage lasts about a year in demi-muids, followed by another year of bottle ageing. The fruit comes from an organic grower in Vouvray, and whole clusters are pressed before fermentation in neutral oak.
Koehler-Ruprecht 2020 Spätburgunder Kabinett Trocken
German Red
Wild raspberry, cherry, red currant, plum, forest floor, mushroom, liquorice and clove shape this Pinot Noir. The vines grow around Kallstadt on gravelly sandstone and loess over limestone. Natural fermentation occurs in steel, with pressing after four to six weeks. Ageing uses old oval barrels and old barriques. Red berries, earth, fresh acidity, fine tannins and spice are also present.
Koehler-Ruprecht 2020 Kallstadter Saumagen Riesling Kabinett Trocken
German White
Lime peel, candied lemon, pineapple, white flowers, crushed stone and fresh herbs shape this dry Riesling. The vines grow in deep loess and marl with a high proportion of limestone on a south-east-facing parcel. Natural fermentation takes place in large old oak barrels, with at least eight months on lees. Citrus, salinity, bright acidity, rounded texture and a stony finish are present.
Maison En Belles Lies 2019 Beaujolais-Villages
French Red
Gamay comes from a four-hectare parcel in Quincié-en-Beaujolais, where the soils include schist, basalt, granite and quartzite. Many vines are more than a century old. Whole clusters ferment in open wooden vats with light foot treading and no pump-overs. The wine spends eighteen months in barrel and has ripe fruit, fresh acidity and concentrated character.
Foppiano 2021 Estate Grown Zinfandel Russian River Valley
American Red
Red raspberry, dark fruit jam, cinnamon, clove, ripe plum, black tea and lavender oil form a layered profile. Blueberry, elderberry and cranberry accompany oak spice and baking notes. The blend is eighty-nine percent Zinfandel and eleven percent Barbera. Soft tannins, tangy acidity and a long, mouthwatering finish are also present in this firmly structured red.
Domaine Chevrot et Fils 2020 Pivoine Coteaux Bourguignons
French Red
Raspberry, cranberry, red currant, strawberry, spice, violets and stony mineral notes shape this light, fresh red. Pinot Noir and Gamay are placed as whole bunches in neutral vats. The palate combines vibrant acidity with fine tannins, red fruit and light texture. Minimal sulphur and intervention are used during élevage, and spice is present on the finish.
Les Capriades 2018 Méthode Ancestrale Menu Pineau
French Sparkling
Menu Pineau forms this white sparkling wine from the Loire, made by the ancestral method. The fruit was harvested on September fifteenth and sixteenth, with a yield of fifty hectolitres per hectare. Fermentation began spontaneously in tank and finished in bottle. No additives were used, and the wine was bottled without filtration. Bright acidity and mineral character accompany its dry pétillant style.
50th Parallel Estate 2022 Pinot Noir Rosé Magnum 1.5 L
Canadian Rosé
This dry rosé is made from Pinot Noir grown specifically for the style. The Lake Country estate covers sixty-one acres across thirteen vineyard blocks near Lake Okanagan, with Pinot Noir central to its production. The wine comes from British Columbia's Okanagan Valley, was bottled in 1.5-litre format and received a silver medal at the All Canadian Wine Championships.
Malgiacca 2021 Bianco Toscana IGT
Italian White
The blend is approximately half Trebbiano, with fifteen percent each of Vermentino and Malvasia; Grechetto, Moscato and other varieties make up the balance. Half the fruit is pressed pneumatically and half in a basket press. Fermentation takes place naturally in stainless steel without temperature control, followed by malolactic fermentation and three months on lees. Floral, fresh, mineral and savoury notes define the profile.
Diego Conterno 2023 Baluma Langhe Nebbiolo
Italian Red
Red berries, cherries, wild flowers and warm spice appear in a medium-bodied profile with silky texture and ripe tannins. Nebbiolo comes from the Ferrione vineyard near Monforte d'Alba, on a west- to southwest-facing slope with clay and calcareous marl. The grapes are harvested by hand and destemmed. Fermentation uses native yeasts, followed by five months in 500-litre oak and four months in cement.

Spanish White
Merseguera and Moscatel de Alejandría make up the blend in proportions of ninety and ten percent. The dry-farmed bush vines at Canyada are more than fifty years old and grow at 540 metres in sandy, calcareous soils. Fermentation takes place with native yeasts in stainless steel, followed by three months of contact with skins and stems. Sulphur is added only at bottling.
Alois Lageder 2022 Versalto Pinot Bianco Alto Adige
Italian White
Pale yellow with green reflections, this dry white has orchard-fruit and mineral notes. Pinot Bianco grows in stony, sandy soils rich in limestone. Whole clusters are pressed before fermentation with native yeasts, and malolactic fermentation is completed. Oak is used for maturation. The profile is fresh and medium structured, and the wine contains eleven point five percent alcohol.
Laurence & Rémi Dufaitre 2021 Cuvée 1000°F Gamay Chardonnay
French Red
Gamay and Chardonnay are co-fermented in this strongly rosé-coloured red. The vines grow in sandy soils around the house, and this was the second vintage of the cuvée. Floral notes and spice accompany a fresh, juicy and flavourful profile. The wine is classified as Vin de France, comes from Beaujolais and contains twelve percent alcohol.
Borgogno 2023 Langhe Bompè Barbera
Italian Red
Red berries, forest fruit, smoky notes and salinity shape this Barbera. The fruit comes from the Bompè plot at Madonna di Como in the Langhe, where vines grow on sandy, chalky soils with abundant stones. Grapes are harvested by hand and ferment spontaneously in cement for about ten days. Ageing lasts one year in large, lightly toasted French oak barrels.

Spanish Rosé
Orange peel, rhubarb, strawberry and a Campari-like note appear in a vibrant, textured rosé with grip and a savoury finish. Bobal and Tempranillo grow on rocky soils containing fossilized coral and oyster shells. Whole bunches are pressed gently and ferment spontaneously with native yeasts. Ageing lasts ten months on fine lees in used oak, glass demijohns and stainless steel. The wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered.
La Sœur Cadette 2024 Bourgogne Rouge
French Red
Red fruit, dried flowers, rosewood and spice appear in a medium-bodied, dry profile with present acidity and a delicate mouthfeel. Pinot Noir comes equally from the northern Mâconnais and Volnay. The fruit is farmed organically and vinified with minimal intervention and very little sulphur. The palate begins easily and finishes with pleasant bitterness. The wine contains twelve point three percent alcohol.
Union Sacré 2022 Sylvaner Santa Maria Valley
American White
Pear flesh, lime curd, lychee, white melon and citrus appear in a dry white wine with a grippy texture. White flowers, Granny Smith apple and Asian pear are also present. The fruit is pressed directly using a four-hour light-pressure cycle. Fermentation takes place on fine lees for three weeks at 55°F, followed by ageing in 500-litre neutral wood puncheons. The wine is bottled unfiltered.

Spanish White
Old-vine Pardilla, also known as Marisancho, comes from vineyards around Almansa in Castilla-La Mancha. White fruit and Mediterranean herbs appear in a full profile with balanced acidity and a lingering finish. The wine is sold without a denomination of origin and is aged in barrel. Four winemakers work together on the project: Laura Ramos, José Martínez, Roberto Santana and Alfonso Torrente.
Château Beaumont 2022 Haut-Médoc
French Red
Black fruit, pencil lead and graphite appear in an intense profile with integrated tannins. The blend is 65% Cabernet Sauvignon, 30% Merlot and 5% Petit Verdot. The vineyard lies between Margaux and Saint-Julien on deep gravel. Yields were twenty-eight hectolitres per hectare. Ageing lasts fourteen months, using 30% new barrels alongside one- and two-year-old wood. The wine contains fourteen percent alcohol.

Canadian Red
Stewed black cherry, cola, raspberry, liquorice, herbal and savoury notes shape this Pinot Noir. Clone 114 fruit comes from Patricia Bay in North Saanich on Vancouver Island. The dry-farmed vines grow in clay soil. Whole bunches ferment spontaneously and remain on skins for six weeks. Ageing takes place in two- to four-year-old French oak barrels, and the wine is bottled unfined and unfiltered.
Domaine de la Pépière 2022 Clisson Muscadet Sèvre et Maine
French White
Cooked fruit, ripe citrus, honey and quince appear in a rich profile with exceptional finesse. Melon de Bourgogne comes from the Clisson Valley, where granite subsoil is covered by gravel, sand, clay and river stones. The vines are farmed organically and biodynamically. After pressing and fermentation, the lees are stirred in tank, and maturation lasts at least two years.

Strawberry and spice appear in a red made from Zweigelt. The grapes come from South Moravia, where vines grow on loess and clay. Fruit is harvested by hand and destemmed, then macerated for fourteen days in a 3,000-litre stainless-steel tank. The wine spends twenty-three months in used 225-litre oak barrels and is bottled without added sulphur dioxide. The vineyard is farmed organically.

Italian Red
Rich ruby-garnet colour accompanies an intense, clear profile of cherry jam and subtle savoury spice. The palate is juicy, with concentrated fruit and fine tannins. Corvina Veronese, Corvinone and Rondinella form the blend. Plum and chocolate are also present, and the palate is silky and harmonious. Part of the wine is aged in wood, and it contains fifteen percent alcohol.
Frog’s Leap 2020 Chardonnay Napa Valley
American White
White peach, hazelnut and restrained reductive aromas sit above a palate with fresh acidity, weight and minerality. Chardonnay comes from a steep Carneros vineyard planted in nineteen seventy-nine. Indigenous yeasts begin fermentation in new French oak barrels; after four to five days, the wine is racked to concrete to finish fermenting. It rests on the lees for up to ten months and contains thirteen point four percent alcohol.
Mendall 2024 La Torre Grenache
Spanish Red
This red release is made from Grenache and comes from Terra Alta in Catalonia. The vines are farmed following biodynamic principles, and no sulphur dioxide is added. The wine is made in a small town-centre cellar, where limited space means that most releases are bottled young. Each vintage is treated individually as an expression of grape and place.
Laurence et Rémi Dufaitre 2019 Côte de Brouilly
French Red
Deep red fruit appears in a round, juicy profile with energy and complexity. A faint shimmer of tannin is present in the finish without grain. The Gamay comes from seventy-year-old vines on blue volcanic rock. Carbonic maceration and concrete are used, with no sulphur added and no filtration. Fresh acidity is also present, and the wine contains thirteen percent alcohol.
Pedro Parra y Familia 2022 Imaginador Cinsault Itata
Chilean Red
Brambly berries, pomegranate, rosehip and white pepper appear with dried flowers, smoke and spice. The palate is bone dry, with taut tannins and a stony mineral finish. Cinsault comes from four old vineyards on granite soils in Guarilihue Alto. Whole clusters ferment with indigenous yeast in oak tanks at low temperatures for fifteen days, while maceration lasts twelve days. Ageing lasts one year in concrete and large oak casks.
