Brugal 1888 Gran Reserva Rum
Red and dried fruit open the aroma, with raisins and dates joined by cinnamon and oak spice. Toffee, vanilla and peach follow on the palate, alongside cocoa and clove. Double ageing in bourbon and sherry casks frames those fruit and spice notes. Honey appears toward the close, and the finish is long and elegant, carrying cocoa, oak spice and dried fruit.
