AboutDomaine Jean-Baptiste Boudier
Domaine Jean-Baptiste Boudier is a small family estate in Pernand-Vergelesses, shaped by five generations of Côte de Beaune winegrowing. Jean-Baptiste Boudier took over three hectares in 2015 and now works 6.5 hectares across 11 appellations, from village sites to premiers and grands crus. The vineyards lie around Aloxe-Corton, Pernand-Vergelesses and Savigny-lès-Beaune, on varied limestone, clay, sand and marl soils.
Fermentations begin with indigenous yeasts, and the amount of new French oak and length of ageing are adapted to each wine. Bottling follows the lunar calendar. Since 2023, the whites have been vinified without added sulphur.

French White
Apricot, acacia and hawthorn lead an aromatic white, lifted by a fresh citrus note. The palate combines rounded richness with lively tension, keeping the orchard fruit precise and energetic. A pronounced mineral line and bright freshness shape the finish, giving the wine enough depth for roast fish or poultry while remaining graceful and finely balanced.

French Red
Medium ruby in colour, with delicate floral aromas opening into rose petal, red cherry, raspberry and soft spice. The palate is light on its feet, shaped by fresh acidity and fine tannins rather than weight. A poised, fragrant Pinot Noir with a clean, savoury finish and understated Burgundian character.
