The sparkling rosé follows the ancestral method and was produced in a run of seventy-five cases.

The traditional-method blend uses sixty percent Pinot Noir, twenty percent Pinot Meunier and twenty percent Chardonnay. Each base wine fermented separately in stainless steel, malolactic fermentation was completed, and the wine spent twenty-three months on its lees. The final dosage was 8.5 grams per litre.

Malolactic fermentation was completed, the wine spent twenty-eight months on its lees, and the final dosage was 6.5 grams per litre.
