Fine bubbles accompany fresh apple, lemon and brioche. The Chardonnay has freshness, a chalky texture, saline detail and a persistent finish. Fruit comes from twenty-five-year-old vines rooted in Lias marl and limestone near Sainte-Agnès. The site lies in Jura. Traditional-method production includes thirty months of lees ageing and zero dosage. The cuvée is made entirely from Chardonnay.
