Ailm Estate 2022 Brut Rosé Sparkling Wine

Lively bubbles and a salmon-pink hue accompany crushed red berries, violet and French pastry. The traditional-method blend uses sixty percent Pinot Noir, twenty percent Pinot Meunier and twenty percent Chardonnay. Each base wine fermented separately in stainless steel, malolactic fermentation was completed, and the wine spent twenty-three months on its lees. The final dosage was 8.5 grams per litre.
