Voirin Jumel Rose Saignee Brut

$101.99

Deeply coloured and vinous, this is a structured, Pinot Noir-driven rosé Champagne with real presence. It shows pure red berry fruit, think strawberry, raspberry and redcurrant—alongside pink citrus with a subtle floral lift. The palate is dry, focused and energetic, with fine mousse and a firm, slightly phenolic grip that gives shape and definition. There’s good tension between bright fruit and chalky acidity, keeping the wine fresh and linear rather than plush.
