Voirin Jumel Rose Saignee Brut
Deeply coloured and vinous, this is a structured, Pinot Noir-driven rosé Champagne with real presence. It shows pure red berry fruit, think strawberry, raspberry and redcurrant—alongside pink citrus with a subtle floral lift. The palate is dry, focused and energetic, with fine mousse and a firm, slightly phenolic grip that gives shape and definition. There’s good tension between bright fruit and chalky acidity, keeping the wine fresh and linear rather than plush.
A-F Gros 2018/19/20 Pommard 1Er Arvelets
The Pommard 1er Cru Les Arvelets is Pinot Noir from a small plot. Hand harvested grapes are brought back to the cellar in less than 10 minutes. The vinification takes place in enamelled concrete vats and wooden vats. Cold maceration is carried out for approximately 3 to 5 days with a soft pump over. The wood for the oak barrels comes mainly from the forests of Chatillonais and Fontainebleau. This wine is aged on average 18 months, with 65% new barrels. Drink now through 2030.
Villalin 2023 Quincy Cuvee Tradition
The Quincy appellation in the east of the Loire Valley has a very long and unique history, having been named France's second AOC following Chateauneuf du Pape.
Husband and wife team make a rich and textured Sauvignon Blanc that shines as bright as its close neighbours from Sancerre and Pouilly Fume. Quincy cultivates citrus notes such as grapefruit, hints of menthol and pepper, and aromas of acacia and white flowers. Its mouthfeel is a combination of fresh and fruity.

Raices 2024 Tempranillo Valdepenas
Klinker Brick 2019 Cab Sauvignon Lodi
Ripe, generous and unmistakably Californian, this Cab leads with plush blackberry, cassis and dark plum layered over vanilla, baking spice and a touch of cocoa. Full-bodied and smooth, the palate shows velvety texture with integrated tannins and a hint of sweet oak, keeping things approachable and crowd-pleasing. A bold, fruit-forward red with a long, warming finish. Perfect for BBQ or hearty fare.
Vilacetinho 2016 Vinho Verde Red Escolha
Rustic and deeply coloured, this is a classic northern Portuguese red with a wild, youthful edge. Brambly raspberry, sour cherry and a hint of violet lead into a palate that is fresh yet firmly structured, with notably grippy tannins and a lightly spritzy lift. A raw, thirst-quenching red best served with a slight chill, finishing savoury and mouthwatering.
Vilacetinho 2021 Grande Escolha V Verde
Pale straw with glints of green, the nose offers bright citrus, ripe peach, juicy plum, and a hint of lemongrass. Mineral-driven and fresh, the palate layers stone fruit and tropical hints with subtle complexity. A versatile match for oysters, goat’s cheese, or mild Thai curries, it’s ideal for long lunches or when Sauvignon feels too bold.
