This white Burgundy is made from Chardonnay under the Chablis Premier Cru appellation. The estate's Premier Cru vineyards are farmed organically on limestone-derived soils. Full malolactic fermentation and lees maturation appear across the range. Stainless steel is the common vessel, while certain parcels also involve oak or earthenware. Spring frost, a hot spring and summer drought preceded the early-September harvest.

French Sparkling
Pinot Meunier comes from a mid-slope parcel at Vandieres on sand and clay-limestone over marl. Native yeast is used, and the base wine ages in small oak barrels. Secondary fermentation uses grape must, followed by roughly thirty months on lees in bottle. White flowers, ripe pear and smoked almond appear with a chalky, savoury profile and a long finish. The wine is unfined and unfiltered.
Giovanni Rosso 2017 Barolo Cerretta
Italian Red
Bright ruby colour has a fine garnet sheen. Black truffle, rosehip, cranberry, plum and blood orange appear with raspberry fruit. The wine is full-bodied, warm and round, with savoury, gritty tannins. Nebbiolo grows at 350 metres with east-southeast exposure on predominantly limestone soil. Fermentation takes place in cement with approximately twenty-eight days of maceration, and maturation lasts twenty-four months in Slavonian oak.

French White
The aroma is broad, with faint toast and faint spice. Toast is also present in the flavours, alongside intensity and concentration. The finish has spice-bread notes. Barrel toasting was adjusted. Chardonnay comes from a village-classified site in Meursault. Harvest ran from August twenty-fourth through August thirty-first. The wine is white, and alcohol is thirteen percent by volume.

Chardonnay makes up sixty-five percent of the blend, with thirty-five percent Pinot Noir. Vinification and maturation take place in small 228-litre oak barrels, without malolactic fermentation. Biscuit, grapefruit, orange peel and almond appear with passion fruit, pineapple, lime, yellow flowers, seaweed and pastry. The texture is creamy. Acidity, sweetness and salinity accompany a very long finish with chalky minerality and honey.

Opulent and juicy character appears with a smooth, refined profile. Extraction was reduced during fermentation. Amphorae were incorporated into ageing and the impact of toast was reduced. Freshness is also present. The growing season brought above-average, well-distributed rain. Summer included occasional rain and daily temperature variation. The wine comes from the Toro denomination, and alcohol is 15.5 percent.

Subtle pale rosé colour accompanies intense redcurrant fruit, firm acidity and a mineral, tangy texture. The wine has a powerful, complex personality and is structured by Pinot Noir vinified in a Burgundy style. Red wine from Bouzy is included in the blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The body is medium, and the alcohol level is twelve percent.

Dosage is Extra Brut and alcohol is 12.5 percent.

The wine is dry, delicate and chiselled.

Made entirely from Montepulciano, the wine has intense ruby-red colour. Red cherry and morello cherry appear with vanilla, spice and black pepper. Maturation includes twelve months in fine-grained Allier oak and twelve months of bottle ageing. Alcohol is 13.5 percent.

Fresh orchard fruit, light floral notes and beeswax appear with crisp, vivid acidity. The wine is light-bodied and balanced, with minerality and a long finish. The golden-yellow wine also shows grapefruit, ripe pear, tobacco, lemon and saline notes.

Brilliant ruby colour accompanies a concentrated bouquet of black berries, stone fruit, sweet spice and vanilla oak. The palate is fruity, tender and balanced, with well-integrated tannins. Ripe black plum and berry notes appear with dry tannins and a fresh currant aftertaste. The wine was matured in barrel, and production totalled approximately twenty-six thousand bottles.

Deep purple colour has violet highlights. Garrigue, blackcurrant, cedar, vanilla and toast appear with fleshy red fruit. The wine is full-bodied, fresh and balanced, with supple, close-knit tannins, oak and mocha, and a long finish. The wine is produced under IGP Costières de Nîmes.

Equal parts Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier come from vineyards near Trigny on sandy soil with some clay. The vines average forty years old. Grapes are hand harvested and fermented with indigenous yeast in stainless steel. The wine spends three years in bottle and is bottled unfined and unfiltered. Pale lemon colour accompanies white flowers, marzipan, white peach, light herbs, pepper, citrus zest and a long mineral finish.
Remoissenet Père et Fils 2020 Beaune Marconnets Premier Cru

Black and red cherries appear with red plums in a structured, layered Pinot Noir. Meaty tannins accompany the fruit. Energy, balance, ripe cherry and freshness are also present. The Marconnets plot lies at the northern end of Beaune near Savigny-lès-Beaune. It faces south and southeast on clay and limestone. Light woody and smoky notes accompany redcurrant and blackcurrant.

The press and free-run juice matures for twenty-four months in 5,000-litre oak foudres, and the wine is bottled without filtration.
