Black fruit, perfume and spice sit within a rich profile, with the oak ageing kept in balance. The blend is 61 percent Merlot, 28 percent Cabernet Franc and 11 percent Cabernet Sauvignon. Grapes are harvested by hand, followed by a cold maceration and vinification in temperature-controlled stainless steel. Maturation lasts fifteen to eighteen months in French oak barrels.
