Descendant is a single-vineyard Barossa blend of Shiraz and Viognier, co-fermented for fragrance, texture and savoury detail. Ripe dark fruit is framed by spice, violet and a polished tannic line, with measured oak adding breadth without dulling the wine's lift. Decant and serve with lamb, beef or slow-cooked game.

French Red
Dark cherry and currant meet forest floor, mocha, liquorice and pepper in a broad, structured red. The Perrières parcel sits high on the Corton hill in an old stone quarry, where brown and red clay over limestone contribute freshness and mineral definition. Traditional open-vat fermentation and maturation in French oak build depth without obscuring the wine’s long, poised finish.

Giacomo Fenocchio 2011 Barolo Riserva Bussia 90 dì
Italian Red
Dried rose, truffle and leather lead, followed by black cherry, spice and aromatic herbs. The palate is structured yet finely textured, with firm Nebbiolo tannins and a long, savoury finish. Natural fermentation without added yeast is followed by an extended submerged-cap maceration and four years in large Slavonian oak. Decant and serve with braised beef, game, truffle dishes or mature cheese.
