Darroze

Darroze’s story began in Jean Darroze’s restaurant in Villeneuve-de-Marsan, where Francis was introduced to Gascon food and eaux-de-vie. From the late 1960s, Francis travelled through Bas-Armagnac, selecting spirits to mature and bottle; his son Marc leads the house. Around thirty estates now contribute to a collection matured in the family’s cellars at Roquefort and Labastide-d’Armagnac.

In the Collection Unique, each Armagnac comes from one estate and one vintage, matures in a dedicated cask and is labelled with its origin and bottling date. Within this collection, estates and vintages are not blended, and no water is added to reduce the spirit’s strength.
