The wine has a powerful, complex personality and is structured by Pinot Noir vinified in a Burgundy style. Red wine from Bouzy is included in the blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay. The body is medium, and the alcohol level is twelve percent.

Grapes are harvested by hand. Forty percent of fermentation takes place in used Burgundy barrels and sixty percent in stainless steel. The wine is raised on full lees without fining or filtration.

This Blanc de Noirs is made entirely from Pinot Noir grown at Écueil. Pear, peach and citrus appear with a liquorice finish. Grapes are harvested by hand. The blend uses eighty-five percent first-pressing juice and fifteen percent second-pressing juice. Malolactic fermentation is completed, and maturation takes place in stainless steel on fine lees. Dosage is Extra Brut and alcohol is 12.5 percent.

Pinot Noir from Naramata shows body and a generous palate, with cherry, strawberry and spice. The wine spends time in barrel. The estate follows a hands-off approach: fermentations use wild yeast, sulphur additions are minimal, and maturation uses large puncheons and neutral oak, with only twenty to twenty-five percent of the wine seeing new oak.

Equal parts Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Pinot Meunier come from vineyards near Trigny on sandy soil with some clay. The vines average forty years old. Grapes are hand harvested and fermented with indigenous yeast in stainless steel. The wine spends three years in bottle and is bottled unfined and unfiltered. Pale lemon colour accompanies white flowers, marzipan, white peach, light herbs, pepper, citrus zest and a long mineral finish.
Remoissenet Père et Fils 2020 Beaune Marconnets Premier Cru
French Red
Black and red cherries appear with red plums in a structured, layered Pinot Noir. Meaty tannins accompany the fruit. Energy, balance, ripe cherry and freshness are also present. The Marconnets plot lies at the northern end of Beaune near Savigny-lès-Beaune. It faces south and southeast on clay and limestone. Light woody and smoky notes accompany redcurrant and blackcurrant.

A vibrant mineral aroma accompanies dark fruit. The palate is broad and silky, with depth, slight roundness and finishing intensity. Three parcels contribute to the wine: Les Creux Baissants, Les Condemennes and Les Fremières. The vines average forty-five to sixty-five years old, and the soils contain clay and limestone. Pinot Noir is matured with twenty percent new oak.

Crunchy red fruit and sweet spice appear in a medium-bodied Pinot Noir. The blend draws on village parcels including La Brunelle, Aux Corvées, Sylvie and Champs-Chenys. La Brunelle covers 2.78 hectares; its brown surface soils sit above limestone gravel, with sand and clay two metres down. The estate's Aux Corvées parcel covers 2.35 hectares and has relatively deep soil.

Pale salmon colour has pink hues and fine, persistent effervescence. Raspberry, redcurrant, blackcurrant, mango and papaya appear with rose and honeysuckle. The palate is mouth-filling, with length, freshness and acidity. The blend uses fifty percent Pinot Noir and thirty-five percent Chardonnay, plus fifteen percent red Pinot Noir. Fermentation is kept below eighteen degrees in stainless steel, with each variety and village separate.

Pale gold colour accompanies a fruity nose and a fruit-driven palate with finesse. The blend is two-thirds Pinot Noir and one-third Chardonnay. Ageing lasts four years, and dosage is 8.6 grams per litre. The cuvée combines base wines from two harvest years. It is the house's only wine composed of two grape varieties, and its profile is described as both elegant and strong.

Dark red fruit, flowers, spices and liquorice appear in this Pinot Noir. Black cherry, pepper and a hint of tobacco are also present, while the wine is structured, juicy and balanced. The fruit comes from two village-level parcels, Bas de Combe and Aux Lavières. The grapes are hand harvested, and fermentation uses indigenous yeasts in open-top oak vats.

Cherry jam appears with raspberry, menthol, herbs and earth. The wine is medium-bodied, ample and expansive, with sweet Bing cherry. Red fruit, mineral and spice are also present. A velvety quality accompanies the finish, and the profile has a firm tannic edge. The wine is made from Pinot Noir and comes from Corton in Burgundy.

This rosé Champagne is made entirely from Pinot Noir drawn from ten crus in the Montagne de Reims. Maceration lasts between forty-eight and seventy-two hours, and ageing lasts five years. Raspberry colour develops toward salmon pink. Fruit notes of raspberry, redcurrant, strawberry and black cherry are present. The palate is fresh, sharp, supple and rounded.
Champagne Fleury Blanc de Noirs Brut NV 3 L

Pinot Noir makes up this non-vintage Champagne. The estate works biodynamically and organically on clay-limestone hillsides formed during the Kimmeridgian period. A quarter of the wine is aged in wooden tuns, with no new oak. The finished wine is white and sparkling, closed with natural cork, at twelve percent alcohol. The house began its transition to biodynamic farming in the late 1980s.

Pinot Noir comes from the Vosne-Romanée appellation in Burgundy's Côte de Nuits. The appellation covers vineyards in Vosne-Romanée and neighbouring Flagey-Échezeaux and is reserved for red wine. Limestone mixed with clayey marls is characteristic, with soil depths ranging from tens of centimetres to one metre. The plots have an easterly exposure and may lie at the top or foot of the slope.

Deep cherry-red colour accompanies mushrooms, Asian spice and sous-bois. Dark cherry, earth, rhubarb and strawberry open in the glass, and the profile gains detail with air. The mature expression also shows beautiful colour, a pleasing structure and fine grain. The wine comes from Volnay in Burgundy's Côte de Beaune, where Pinot Noir forms the appellation's red wines.

Pinot Noir comes from a high-elevation plot in Kirchhofen with loam and loess soils. About half of the fruit ferments as whole clusters. The palate is pure, refined and elegant, with a lightly toasted note, ripe fruit and fine limestone tannins. Refreshing salinity accompanies a pithy, grippy profile. Fermentation continued until September, and the finish is intense and long.

Chardonnay and Pinot Noir form a 54/46 blend drawn from six Premier and Grand Cru villages. The profile includes summer flowers, meringue, ripe fruit, fresh currants, chalk, minerality and patina. Intensity is accompanied by elegance and airy floral notes. The wine spends at least eight years on lees, and the dosage is six grams per litre.

Pinot Meunier, Chardonnay and Pinot Noir form a 50/25/25 blend with zero dosage. White fruit and fresh almond are joined by chocolate, toast, raspberry, star anise and candied chestnut. The palate is lively and generous, with a chiselled texture, saline notes and a long finish. Bottle ageing lasts three to four years on lees, followed by at least six months after disgorgement.

Pinot Noir comes from three small lieux-dits. The nose is compact, while the mouth is direct and fluid, gaining intensity through the middle. The flavour is persistent and the profile is delicious. The bottling carries the Gevrey-Chambertin village appellation and is certified organic. During this growing season, the domaine harvested the cuvée without using whole clusters.

The Pinot Noir comes from a parcel at 300 to 400 metres, with limestone and clay soils. Bright ruby colour accompanies floral notes, red cherry, raspberry, liquorice, mineral freshness and subtle smoke. The palate is medium-bodied, with silky tannins and lively acidity. A long spice finish is present. Organic certification is in place for this vineyard.

Pinot Noir forms this Blanc de Noirs Champagne. Fine perlage accompanies a fruity nose with yeast and bread-crust notes, while the palate is fresh and elegant. Fermentation and maturation take place in oak barrels, and dosage is zero. The wine comes from a 0.2-hectare parcel, with 2,400 bottles produced and disgorgement in November. The vineyard is farmed organically.

The wine undergoes bottle fermentation and forty-two months of bottle ageing; disgorgement took place in November. The vineyard is farmed organically.

Candied lemon, mint, white pepper, mandarin peel and graphite appear with rich texture and vibrancy. Warm bread, vanilla cream and sweet spice join generous fruit and a chalky finish. Vinification and ageing use foudres on lees, without filtration or fining.

Ten Pinot Noir clones from the estate vineyard form the blend, which ages sixteen months in French oak, seventy percent new. Vanilla, warm cherry sauce and caramel appear with berry fruit and purple flowers. Chipped-slate minerality is accompanied by dried thyme and bay leaf. Red currant, raspberry and cherry are finely textured. Chocolate and savoury notes are present. The finish has sandalwood and thyme.

Chardonnay, Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier form a 50/38/12 blend drawn from Grand Cru and Premier Cru vineyards across the Montagne de Reims. Orange blossom, acacia and yellow fruit accompany fried pineapple and tonka bean. The profile is fresh, with citrus, brioche and dried-fruit notes. The wine has a creamy texture and a persistent finish, and dosage is seven grams per litre.

Cranberry, cherry and wood spice accompany a tar-like detail. Smooth tannins lead into balanced density and a soft finish. The Pinot Noir was harvested at lower sugar and fermented with Assmanshausen yeast. Maturation lasted sixteen months in tight-grain French oak, thirty-five percent new. Fruit came from the estate’s cooler land near the Russian River, south of Healdsburg.
