Pale gold colour and fine, persistent bubbles accompany a delicate, fresh bouquet. Green apple, white flowers and hazelnut appear in a balanced palate with good length. The blend is 40 percent Pinot Noir, 40 percent Meunier and 20 percent Chardonnay, with reserve wines included. Hand harvesting and whole-bunch pressing precede stainless-steel fermentation, bottle fermentation and about three years in the cellar.
