Pinot Noir makes up this non-vintage Champagne. The estate works biodynamically and organically on clay-limestone hillsides formed during the Kimmeridgian period. A quarter of the wine is aged in wooden tuns, with no new oak. The finished wine is white and sparkling, closed with natural cork, at twelve percent alcohol. The house began its transition to biodynamic farming in the late 1980s.

About Champagne Fleury
The Fleury family has been rooted in Courteron, in Champagne’s southern Côte des Bar, since 1895. Robert Fleury began bottling the family’s own Champagne in 1929. Morgane, Jean-Sébastien and Benoît represent the current generation at the estate.
Pinot Noir dominates the clay-limestone slopes, alongside Chardonnay and other traditional Champagne varieties. Jean-Pierre Fleury began ecological vineyard work in 1970 and converted the estate to biodynamic farming in 1989. The first certified organic harvest followed in 1992, and the entire estate vineyard is now certified organic.
