Rare wood-aged Ports spend five decades in seasoned oak casks. Chestnut and copper colours carry a light golden rim. Rum-raisin, clove, nutmeg and cracked black pepper join prune, quince and apricot. Lemon and orange zest add fresh acidity, while scorched pineapple, passion fruit and lychee appear with toasted coconut, almonds and butterscotch. The finish is bright, fresh and long.
