Parellada
Juvé y Camps 2021 Reserva de la Familia Gran Reserva Brut Nature Cava
Ripe white peach and apricot open with lemon citrus, fennel, toast and a touch of green tea. The palate is creamy, fresh and rounded, with a fine, sandy mousse and bright citrus tension. Long ageing brings savoury depth without heaviness, carrying the white-fruit flavours into an elegant, dry finish.
Maria Rigol Ordi 2016 Gran Reserva Brut Nature Cava
Stone fruit and dried apricot meet Mediterranean herbs and subtle balsamic tones. Long ageing brings hazelnut, cocoa, coffee and warm spice, while fine bubbles keep the broad palate composed. Vibrant acidity cuts through the mature, savoury richness, leaving a dry, powerful and exceptionally persistent finish.
Jaume Serra Gold Brut Cava
Soft bubbles accompany buttery biscuit and yellow-fruit flavours. Macabeo, Parellada and Xarel-lo form the blend, and each variety is fermented separately in stainless steel. The base wines are then blended and bottled for a second fermentation with yeast in the bottle. This dry sparkling wine comes from Penedès in Spain and carries eleven and a half percent alcohol.

Pere Ventura Primer Reserva Brut Cava NV
Macabeo, Xarel-lo and Parellada form this dry sparkling blend from Penedès. Traditional bottle fermentation is followed by fifteen to eighteen months on the lees, bringing creaminess and weight to the mid-palate. Citrus, toasted nuts and green apple shape the profile. The mousse is persistent, while the finish remains fresh. Alcohol is modest at eleven and a half percent.
Castell d’Or Brut Organic Cava
Very pale in colour, this sparkling organic Cava shows tropical and white-fruit aromas. The palate is round, with integrated acidity and good length. Xarel·lo, Macabeo and Parellada are fermented separately before a second fermentation in bottle. More than fourteen months of bottle ageing develops the bubbles. The wine contains eleven and a half percent alcohol; the recommended serving temperature is seven to eight degrees Celsius.

The wine remains in amphora for eight months before moving to old oak.

Pere Mata NV Cupada Rosé Cava Brut Nature Reserva

Pere Mata NV Cupada 30 Cava Brut Nature
White flowers and bright citrus lift a clean, fruit-forward nose, with a light bready note adding depth. The palate is fresh and precise, its fine bubbles carrying crisp orchard fruit into a dry, energetic finish. Traditional-method ageing brings just enough savoury complexity without dulling the wine’s easy charm. Serve well chilled with oysters, fried seafood, tapas or salty snacks.
