Pays d’Oc IGP

Apricot and pear appear with a hint of honeysuckle and a mineral finish. The wine is made entirely from Viognier under the Pays d’Oc designation in Languedoc. Vineyard parcels are selected along the Rhône for their exposure, and the vines are tended with respect for nature. The winemaker’s earlier experience included whisky distilling, olive oil and cheese.

Lemon and lime lead, followed by crisp pear, apple and a subtle touch of apricot. The palate is light and steely, with clean acidity keeping the fruit bright and focused. A creamy texture and faint banana note add softness without dulling the freshness. The finish is long and tidy, carrying citrus, orchard fruit and a gentle floral lift.
