The palate is supple and rounded, balancing orchard-fruit richness with enough acidity to remain lively. About Lavau
Formerly from St Emilion, the Lavau Family has been involved in winemaking for several generations. They have been making wine in the Rhône Valley for 40 years. Today the cellar is managed by brothers Benoit and Frederic Lavau. The goal from the beginning has been simple: produce classic, engaging yet affordable wines that are approachable whilst retaining that traditional refined aesthetic associated with French Wine.
