Lavender, wild berry and peppercorn appear with cherry, raspberry, black tea and stony mineral notes. The texture is velvety, and the finish is long and vibrant with floral perfume and spicy accents. Pinot Noir comes from the Dundee Hills in Oregon. The growing season included a cool spring, a warm summer and a cooler September, with harvest beginning late that month.

Deep mahogany red in colour, the wine offers toasted cedar, violet, purple flowers, leather, forest floor, dark Bing cherry, earth, blackberry and baking spice. The palate is bright and fresh, with ripe cherry, Damson plum, cranberry, cinnamon, white pepper and fine, velvety tannins. Pinot Noir provides the full composition from Looney Vineyard in Oregon’s Ribbon Ridge. Maturation lasts twelve months in French oak, one quarter new.

Ripe black cherry, raspberry and pomegranate appear with floral notes, dried herbs and exotic spice. The palate is silky and dense, with balanced structure. Vibrant freshness continues through the finish. Fruit comes from Cherry Hill Vineyard in Oregon’s Eola-Amity Hills. The wine was made by Spearhead winemaker Grant Stanley from Oregon fruit as a replacement release.

Rosy florals, blueberries, boysenberry, grilled plum, cracked pepper, dark berries, obsidian minerals, petrichor and summer forest shape the profile. Bright acidity appears with a plush, velvety mid-palate and a long, firm structure. The blend is fifty-eight percent Gamay and forty-two percent Dolcetto. Partial destemming leaves twenty percent whole clusters. Native fermentation lasts twenty-four days, followed by eleven months in neutral French oak.

Pinot Noir comes from eleven hillside sites, with sixty-eight percent estate fruit. The vineyards include loess, volcanic and sedimentary soils. Grapes are fermented in stainless steel, then aged for eleven months in French oak, twenty-nine percent new. Black cherry and raspberry appear with exotic spice and dark loam. The texture is supple, with ethereal qualities and deeper tones. Alcohol is thirteen percent.

Clover florals accompany sweet, juicy brambly berry fruit and light, ripened tannins. Cooked bacon, cherry, caramel and spice are also present, with a complex mouthfeel and soft tannins. The finish includes liquorice. This Pinot Noir comes from the Peach Tree Block in Dundee Hills, within Oregon’s Willamette Valley. The vineyard includes Pommard and Dijon 777 clones, and the wine contains 13.5 percent alcohol.

A rich garnet colour accompanies lavender, violet, cherry pie and home-baked warmth. Cassis, cardamom and marionberry sit with firm tannins and a broad, lingering finish. Pinot Noir comes from thirty-five estate blocks, each handpicked, sorted and fermented separately. The vineyard lies in the Eola-Amity Hills on ancient volcanic soils and carries LIVE certification for sustainable viticulture.

Strawberry, cherry, rose, orange peel and liquorice accompany the red wine. The Pinot Noir has lively acidity and fruit notes. Fruit comes from estate and partner vineyards across the Willamette Valley. After meticulous sorting and precise destemming, the wine spends fifteen months in French-oak barrels, thirty percent new, and is bottled at 13.5 percent alcohol.

Subtle, mouth-filling and rich, with red cherry, black cherry, tea, rose petal, savoury and mineral nuances and a round, plummy texture. More than seventy percent of the Pinot Noir comes from the estate, with the remainder from Eola-Amity Hills vineyards. Grapes are hand-harvested and fermented spontaneously with eighteen percent whole clusters before twelve months in French oak and four months in tank.

Deep ruby colour accompanies cherry, blackberry, wet earth, mocha, anise and blueberry. Ripe, fine tannins and balanced acidity sit within a rich, velvety texture and an extremely long finish. Dark cherry, plum and spice also appear with firm structure. This Pinot Noir comes from Oregon’s Willamette Valley and represents a selection of individual cellar lots.
