Reverdito 2024 Langhe Nascetta
Marcoux 2016/23 Chateauneuf Du Pape VV
A benchmark old-vine Grenache cuvée showing soaring aromatics of kirsch, raspberry, and crushed cherry layered with rose petal, spice, and a subtle cocoa nuance. The palate is rich yet remarkably poised, with silken texture, fine-grained tannins, and a core of pure, ripe red fruit that balances power with elegance. Exceptionally long and refined on the finish, with a signature sense of purity and perfume that underscores its age-worthiness.
Calliope 2024 Pinot Gris
Graceland 2024 Strawberry Stellenbosch
This wine is an exquisite blend of complexity and grace, boasting prominent fruit aromas reminiscent of blackberries, tart cherries, cassis, and subtle hints of strawberries.
Its structure is impeccably balanced, offering a rich, creamy body that envelopes the palate. Velvety in texture, it delivers a mouth-filling experience complemented by harmoniously integrated barrel nuances and undertones of dark chocolate.
The ripe tannins reflect the characteristic structure of Shiraz, culminating in a lingering finish that defines elegance reminiscent of Bordeaux-style wines.
Bonaval Nv Cava Rose
Nichol 2025 Pinot Gris
Clear and youthful with a very slight pink hue. This vintage retained less colour than past vintages despite the 36 hours of skin contact prior to fermentation. Aromas of fuzzy peaches, apricot skin, and grapefruit. Medium bodied with citrus pith and apricot pits and lemon curd on the dry but rich palate. Very versatile food companion - from soft cheese to roast chicken and salmon.
Billaud-Simon 2016 Chablis Gc Bougros
The nose is greeted by an enticing bouquet of delicate white flowers, intertwined with subtle notes of citrus blossom and a hint of honeysuckle. Beneath this floral veil lies a mineral core, evocative of wet stones after a summer rain, complemented by whispers of flint and sea breeze, a signature of the Chablis terroir.
Bougros is located on the right bank of the Serein River, in the north west corner of the Grand Cru slope, which flows through the Chablis region. It has a remarkable south east exposure and the steepest slope of all the Chablis Grand Crus.
