Quilceda Creek 2012 CVR Red Wine
American Red
Red fruit, herbs, smoke and anise accompany a rich, seamless character. The blend is 91% Cabernet Sauvignon, 7% Merlot and 2% Cabernet Franc from Columbia Valley vineyards. It aged twenty-two months in 100% French oak. The three-grape blend, red-fruit profile and oak ageing are all part of this Washington red, with herbs, smoke and anise also present.
Ad Fines 2014 Caius Vaucluse
French Red
Dark, deep colour accompanies jammed black fruit, including blackcurrant and blueberry, with grilled notes and dried flowers. The cuvée is built around Cabernet Sauvignon with Serine and Syrah. Its firm, deep and dense character is paired with elegance and a long finish. The wine comes from Vaucluse and is intended to integrate after bottling. Black fruit and dried-flower notes share its dark presentation.
Olivier Rivière 2022 A Broglie Côtes de Bourg
French Red
Wild dark fruit, cassis and mulberry meet pencil shavings and spice. The wine is medium-to-full-bodied and round, with firm tannins and a long liquorice finish. Made entirely from Merlot in Côtes de Bourg, it combines showy fruit with graceful tannin. Its fruit, spice, pencil-shaving and liquorice notes accompany the rounded body and firm structure. Roundness and tannin remain part of the same profile.
Petterino 2018 Gattinara Riserva
Italian Red
Floral notes, iron, anise and berries characterize this aromatic Nebbiolo. Grapes are harvested by hand, followed by about fifteen days of fermentation. The wine spends three years in 25-hectolitre botti and at least six months in stainless steel for natural clarification before bottling. The estate determines the timing of release according to the wine's drinkability.

Tar, anise, dried cherry, fig, stone and crisp leather accompany this dry Tuscan red. Tangy black cherry and plum meet earth and rocky notes. A peppery finish sits against chalky, chewy tannins. Made entirely from Sangiovese Grosso in Brunello di Montalcino, the wine combines savoury fruit with earth, pepper, stone and leather across a chalky, chewy tannic profile.
Domaine Piguet-Girardin 2023 Auxey-Duresses Blanc
French White
Made entirely from Chardonnay, this white Burgundy has good body with apple and buttery notes. The domaine was established more than four decades ago and now farms nearly thirteen hectares across seven communes. Manual harvesting includes sorting in the vineyard and again before the cellar. Apple and butter accompany the wine's body, while double sorting is part of the estate's harvest work.
Trediberri 2020 Berri Barolo
Italian Red
Light ruby colour accompanies currant, raspberry, cherry, violet, rose, asphalt, leather, mushroom and saffron. Long tannins, good concentration, freshness and a long finish are also present. Nebbiolo is harvested by hand and fermented with native yeast in steel for fourteen days. Ageing continues for twenty-one months in Slavonian oak as part of the wine's production.
Château de Fieuzal 2007 Pessac-Léognan
French Red
Garnet colour with violet reflections accompanies vanilla, cinnamon, roasted notes, red fruit and leather. The wine is supple, ample and rich, with additional notes of eucalyptus and liquorice. This barrel-aged red comes from Pessac-Léognan in Bordeaux. Fruit, spice, leather, eucalyptus and liquorice sit alongside the wine's supple, ample and rich character. Its production includes barrel ageing.
Domaine Chanterêves 2022 Bourgogne Aligoté Miarlons du Bas
French White
Citrus, lemon, acacia, white flowers, cold stone and hazelnut accompany a lively, vigorous character, good length and iodine notes. Old vines grow on a steep limestone slope between Les Monts de Fussey and Mainbey. After destemming and a six-hour press, native-yeast fermentation precedes twelve months in oak casks. Both the hillside site and oak ageing are part of this cuvée.
Foradori 2020 Morei Teroldego
Italian Red
Dark and inward, the wine shows black cherry, balsam herbs, cinnamon and clove. It is round, with zesty acidity and inner spice. Dark red fruit, mineral notes, sweet tannin, concentration and silkiness are also present. Made from Teroldego under Demeter-certified biodynamic farming, the cuvée combines fruit, herbs, spice, minerality, roundness and a concentrated, silky character.
Ciabot Berton 2010 Barolo Roggeri
Italian Red
Leather, dust, dried cherry, floral notes, rose petals, liquorice, dried mushroom and cinnamon spice are all present. Full-bodied, the wine has firm, long, dry tannins. Nebbiolo grows in the clayey-calcareous Roggeri cru at 300 metres with south-east exposure. Traditional maceration takes place in concrete before ageing in French and Slavonian oak casks. The Roggeri site combines clayey-calcareous soil, 300-metre elevation and south-east exposure.
Domaine Comte Abbatucci 2013 Il Cavaliere Diplomate d’Empire
French White
Pale yellow colour accompanies ripe yellow fruit, exotic fruit, hints of maquis, natural freshness, power and a long finish. The vineyard faces north to northeast on granitic, sandy-silty soil. Vermentino is blended with Brustiano, Biancu Gentile, Genovese and Rossola Bianca. Whole clusters are pressed before fermentation in 600-litre demi-muids. Five white varieties compose the finished blend.
Neal Family Vineyards 2016 Napa Valley Cabernet Sauvignon
American Red
Maraschino cherry and Red Delicious apple sit beside savoury notes and strong tannins. Blackcurrant, plum, baked cranberry, allspice, smoked meat, thyme and black pepper are also present. Made entirely from estate-grown Cabernet Sauvignon in Napa Valley, the wine aged twenty-four months in 67% new French oak. The fruit came from vineyards certified organic. Cabernet Sauvignon is the only grape in the blend.
de Lancellotti 2018 Famiglia Pinot Noir
American Red
Cherry and pomegranate flavours mingle with black tea and savoury spice. Broad-shouldered tannins shape the finish. This Oregon Pinot Noir comes from the Chehalem Mountains in the Willamette Valley, and 200 cases were made. The cuvée takes its name from the owner's Italian grandmother. Its profile includes red fruit, tea, spice and firm tannins. The tannins remain broad-shouldered.
Cave Saint-Désirat 2019 Condrieu
French White
Clear straw colour accompanies grilled notes, mocha and crystallized white fruit. The palate is slightly toasted with acacia flowers, good balance, a long finish and a round texture. Kumquat, mandarin, lemon, apple, citrus zest and dry mandarin add further detail, alongside mineral notes. Made from Viognier, the wine comes from Condrieu and combines fruit, floral, toasted and mineral elements.
Flowers 2022 Sonoma Coast Chardonnay
American White
Lemongrass, grapefruit and nectarine appear with chalk dust and fresh ginger. Medium-bodied, the wine has a creamy texture and long mineral finish. Tangy tangerine, orange blossom and sweet cinnamon add further detail. The Chardonnay was fermented with native yeast and shows brightness, balance, precision and freshness. It comes from California's Sonoma Coast, combining citrus, floral, spice and mineral elements.
Noon Winery 2018 Reserve Shiraz
Australian Red
Dense and full-bodied, with detail and nuance in the deep flavours. The texture is round, with firm tannins, length and balance. Shiraz comes from the Borrett family's 20 Rows block in Langhorne Creek. The smaller crop was harvested by hand at the vineyard on 13 March. Those vineyard and harvest details accompany the wine's deep flavour and round texture.
O’Rourke Family Estate 2020 Bench Collection Pinot Noir
Canadian Red
Brambleberry bake, brown sugar, vanilla, dark cherry and cassis appear alongside triple berry, candied orange rind, nutmeg, clove, cinnamon and eucalyptus. The Pinot Noir was picked in mid-October and fermented in two- and five-ton open-top fermenters. It spent eleven months in French oak: 21% new, 14% one-year-old and the balance neutral. The release comes from Lake Country.
Clos des Vignes du Maynes 2019 Mâcon-Cruzille Aragonite
French White
An expressive, complex nose accompanies breadth, finesse and length. The Chardonnay comes from a 0.45-hectare parcel of massal-selection vines aged sixty to eighty years, rooted in shallow clay-limestone soils rich in silica and aragonite. Grapes are harvested by hand, slowly pressed and fermented with indigenous yeasts in 600-litre demi-muids, followed by ten months on lees without racking.
Domaine Moreau-Naudet 2023 Chablis
French White
Vibrant citrus aromas show clarity and structure. The profile includes concentrated citrus and mineral flavours, energy, and an intense, saline mineral finish. One vineyard parcel covers 3.5 hectares, with vines at Préhy and Courgis. Citrus oil, honeycomb, white flowers and oyster shell add further detail. The wine is medium to full bodied, layered and satiny.
Joseph Perrier 2013 La Côte à Bras Parcelle AH83 Blanc de Noirs Brut Nature
French Sparkling
Citrus, grapefruit and mandarin appear with mineral notes. The palate is vinous, and the finish is long and harmonious with lemon freshness. Made entirely from Pinot Noir, this is a Blanc de Noirs from parcel AH83 in La Côte à Bras at Cumières. The wine spent seven years on its lees and has zero dosage.
Bodega Colomé 2021 Altura Máxima Pinot Noir

Ruby-red colour accompanies blackcurrant, spice, herbs and mineral notes. The wine is complex and fresh, with good body and tannic structure. Made entirely from Pinot Noir, it comes from the Altura Máxima vineyard at 3,111 metres in Salta. The soils contain limestone and granite, and the wine spends twelve months in French oak barrels before bottling.
Chêne Bleu 2018 Aliot IGP Vaucluse
French White
Bright golden yellow colour accompanies toasted honey, brioche, pear and candied lemon. The palate is fresh, refined, mineral and smooth, with yellow fruit and lemon zest, followed by a long mineral finish. The blend is 65% Roussanne, 30% Grenache Blanc, 5% Marsanne and a touch of Viognier. It spent eight months in 500-litre oak demi-muids.
Mario Marengo 2018 Barolo
Italian Red
Crushed flowers, mint, spice and sweet red berry fruit accompany violet, currant and rosehip. The wine is made entirely from Nebbiolo grown in La Morra vineyards including Roncaglie, Boiolo, Fossati and Serradenari. Fermentation takes place in steel tanks. Ageing continues for twenty-four months in barriques and tonneaux, followed by two years in bottle before release.
Bouchard Père & Fils 2019 Savigny-lès-Beaune Premier Cru Les Lavières
French Red
Peonies, orange rind, wild plums, cherries and wintergreen provide the aromatic detail. Medium to full bodied, supple and perfumed, the wine is lively and enveloping, with fine fruit, good depth and intense tannins. The Pinot Noir comes from Les Lavières in Savigny-lès-Beaune, and the vintage included thirty per cent whole clusters. The vineyard carries Premier Cru status.
Domaine Pattes Loup 2022 Chablis Vent d’Ange Mise Tardive
French White
Bright yellow colour accompanies mineral and fresh aromas with exotic notes. The palate is lively and precise, with yellow fruit, hazelnut and freshness. The Chardonnay comes from thirty-five-year-old vines in Pattes Loup, Les Menardes and Les Malentes, planted on Kimmeridgian marl. Those three sites provide the fruit. The vineyard work is certified organic, and harvest is carried out by hand.
Barale Fratelli 2019 Barolo del Comune di Barolo
Italian Red
Nebbiolo comes from a small parcel in the Terlo cru, within the village of Barolo. The vines are between twenty-five and fifty years old. Fermentation takes place in a wooden vat with sixty days of maceration, followed by five years in barrel. Production for this release was one thousand bottles, and the fruit came entirely from that Terlo parcel.
Laherte Frères NV Rosé de Meunier Extra Brut
French Sparkling
Orange peel, sweet red berry, cranberry, mint and chalk provide the sensory detail. The blend uses Pinot Meunier only: 30% macerated wine, 10% red wine and 60% white wine, including 40% reserve wines from earlier years. The grapes are picked at optimum ripeness, followed by traditional pressing, fermentation in tank, foudre and barrel, partial malolactic fermentation, fine-lees ageing and a dosage of 2.5 g/L.
Antonio Caggiano 2017 Taurasi Vigna Macchia dei Goti
Italian Red
Intense ruby colour appears with black forest fruits, liquorice, vanilla and red berries. The wine is vigorous, elegant, soft and warm, with sweet tannins, freshness and a very long finish. Made entirely from Aglianico grown on clay-limestone soils, the fruit is harvested by hand and fermented with indigenous yeasts. The vineyard sits within Taurasi in Campania.
Domaine Claude Riffault 2020 Sancerre Les Boucauds
French White
White flowers, citrus zest and wet stone appear with mineral tension and a saline finish. The Sauvignon Blanc comes from Les Boucauds parcels on Kimmeridgian marl and clay over limestone. Hand-harvested fruit ferments with natural yeast in stainless steel and French oak. Ageing lasts seven to eight months in stainless steel and neutral oak. The vineyards are certified organic and biodynamic.
