Domaine Louis Carillon et Fils was the historic Puligny-Montrachet estate run by Louis Carillon with his sons Jacques and François. The Carillon family’s documented winegrowing roots in Puligny reach to 1520, with the vineyards replanted after the First World War. Louis concentrated the family farm on Chardonnay during the 1960s, and the domaine later became known under the Louis Carillon et Fils name.
François joined in 1988, working alongside Louis and Jacques until the family holdings were divided after the 2010 vintage. The two brothers now bottle separately, so older Louis Carillon wines must be described as products of the former joint domaine. Domaine Louis Carillon et Fils belongs to the family’s Puligny-Montrachet history; its vineyards now continue through successor domaines.

French White
White peach, lemon zest and yellow apple lead a lifted, finely mature bouquet. Almond and wet stone add quiet depth, while a touch of beeswax brings savoury complexity. The palate is fresh and poised, with citrus brightness and mineral tension carrying the fruit. Elegant and persistent, it closes with orchard fruit, toasted almond and a clean, stony finish.
