Wild lemon and grapefruit pith open with hay, pine nut and a lifted thread of wild herbs. The palate is vivid and finely gripped, carrying bright acidity through a light, energetic frame. Trebbiano, Malvasia and Vermentino contribute layered citrus, savoury depth and aromatic detail without losing precision. A mineral, lightly salted finish gathers the wine’s herbal and citrus notes into a balanced, characterful close.

About Manuel Pulcini
Manuel Pulcini grew up around Frascati, studied winemaking at Pisa and worked in Tuscan cellars before starting his own project in 2016. He works roughly 2.5 hectares of rented and recovered vineyards around Lucca, including small parcels of local grapes and older mixed plantings.
His farming follows biodynamic principles, avoiding synthetic treatments and keeping copper and sulphur use low. Native yeasts start fermentation, and the wines are generally bottled without fining or filtration.
