Italian Rosé
Flushed pink with coral tones, this dry rosé is fresh, youthful and harmonious. Delicate fruit aromas accompany a balanced palate with no tannins and low acidity. Negroamaro and Malvasia are macerated with their skins for at least eight hours, followed by soft pressing. The blend comes from Puglia and contains twelve percent alcohol. It can accompany seafood, fresh cheeses, pasta salads, seasonal vegetables, poultry or lightly cured meats.
Vinha Paz 2023 Branco Dão DOC
Portuguese White
Encruzado makes up sixty percent of the blend, with thirty percent Malvasia and ten percent Gouveio. Orange blossom, white-fleshed fruit, soft lime and delicate floral notes shape the aroma. The palate is balanced and well structured, combining softness with firm acidity, defined body, fresh minerality and a long finish. The grapes were hand harvested from granite soils.
Tenuta di Valgiano 2016 Palistorti Bianco Toscana IGT
Italian White
Vermentino accounts for half of the blend, joined by eighteen percent Trebbiano, sixteen percent Malvasia and sixteen percent Grechetto. Trebbiano spends three days on its skins, while a small portion of Vermentino ferments spontaneously in barrique and the rest remains in stainless steel at low temperature. Maturation lasts six months in the same vessels. Peach and citrus accompany freshness and a saline finish.
Izadi 2020 Rioja Blanco

Straw yellow with bright green hues, the wine combines dried apple, lemon, stone and honeysuckle. The medium-bodied palate is firm and fresh, with chalk undertones and a flavorful finish. Viura, Malvasía, Garnacha Blanca, Tempranillo Blanco, Maturana Blanca and Turruntés form the blend. Fruit is harvested by hand, and the wine matures for six months in barrel.
Bodegas del Monge-Garbati 2018 Viña Ane Centenaria Blanco

Nine white varieties form the blend: forty percent Viura, twenty-five percent Malvasía, seven percent each Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc, five percent Torrontés, and four percent each Garnacha, Verdejo, Tempranillo Blanco and Maturana Blanca. The fruit comes from a vineyard in San Vicente de la Sonsierra that was planted in nineteen hundred and five. Maturation takes place in French oak barrels that had previously held white wine.
Envínate 2018 Táganan Blanco Tenerife

Albillo Criollo, Forastera, Gual, Listán Blanco, Malvasía and Marmajuelo come from old parcels on Tenerife near the coast. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel with natural yeasts and partial skin contact. Ageing continues on the lees in concrete and in 288- and 600-litre vessels, followed by bottling without filtration and with only a minimal dose of sulphur dioxide. The profile is salty, smoky, floral and nutty.
Escala Humana 2024 Livverá Malvasía
Argentinian White
Malvasía de Sitges comes from El Zampal in Tupungato at about 1,100 metres. The low-trained vineyard was planted in nineteen twenty-three on clay-loam soils. After destemming, the wine remains on skins for ninety to 120 days. Ageing is split evenly between used French barrels and concrete eggs. The profile is aromatic, floral, lightly spicy, broad and long, with a subtly saline finish.
Argillae 2023 Orvieto Superiore
Italian White
Bright straw-yellow colour accompanies yellow flowers, citrus and tropical fruit. The palate is broad, complex, fruity and persistent, with mineral notes, refreshing acidity and a fresh finish. Grechetto, Procanico, Malvasia, Chardonnay and Sauvignon Blanc form the blend. Fermentation and four to five months of ageing take place in stainless steel, followed by one month of bottle ageing.

Spanish Sparkling
An elegant crown and creamy bubbles accompany red reflections and a fine, fruit-led bouquet with forest-floor notes. The finish is intense, and the wine carries a strong character. This white sparkling wine is made entirely from Malvasía and is classified as Brut Nature, with less than three grams per litre of sugar. It comes from Penedès, contains twelve percent alcohol and is bottled at 750 millilitres.
Caparsa 2019 Bianco di Caparsino Toscana IGT
Italian White
Trebbiano and Malvasia form this still white. The fruit was harvested in late September, after the estate picked Sangiovese for its traditional-method sparkling base. Lemon rind and candle wax define the profile. The wine was made in Tuscany; no following edition was produced because the next season was considered too hot to make a balanced white.
Malgiacca 2021 Bianco Toscana IGT
Italian White
The blend is approximately half Trebbiano, with fifteen percent each of Vermentino and Malvasia; Grechetto, Moscato and other varieties make up the balance. Half the fruit is pressed pneumatically and half in a basket press. Fermentation takes place naturally in stainless steel without temperature control, followed by malolactic fermentation and three months on lees. Floral, fresh, mineral and savoury notes define the profile.
Matsu 2020 La Jefa Malvasía Toro

The wine is made entirely from Malvasía. Vanilla and ripe stone fruit stand out, accompanied by creamy notes and light anise. The palate is mouth-filling and silky, with creaminess and good acidity. The finish is long and dry. Grapes come from scattered parcels of old, pre-phylloxera vines cultivated naturally in Toro, and this is the producer’s first white wine from the region.
Villota 2021 Selvanevada Rioja Blanco

Pale gold colour accompanies pineapple, lemon, floral notes, spice and vanilla. The blend has a creamy, rich texture, with minerality, dried apricot and hazelnut. Viura, Garnacha Blanca, Malvasia and Tempranillo Blanco form the cuvée. Maturation lasts six months in French oak on the lees. The fruit comes from Rioja Alavesa within the Rioja denomination in Spain.
Javi Revert 2023 Micalet Blanco
Spanish White
Light yellow colour accompanies mineral chalk, white stone fruit, delicate flowers and green herbs. The blend combines Tortosí, Trepadell, Malvasia, Merseguera and Verdil from a 2.5-hectare vineyard at 730 metres. Sandy soil is rich in chalk. The wine is fresh, with volume, length and acidity. Harvesting takes place in two passes, and production totals 2,000 bottles.

Straw-yellow colour with golden reflections accompanies peach, stone fruit, citrus, mandarin and spice. The white blend is creamy, with acidity and a long finish. Viura, Malvasía and Garnacha Blanca come from nine small parcels in Rioja Alavesa on clay and marl. Grapes are hand harvested, then fermentation and ageing are divided equally between concrete and French oak for eight to ten months.

A mineral, lightly salted finish gathers the wine's herbal and citrus notes into a balanced, characterful close.
