Pietradolce 2022 Etna Rosato

Bright salmon colour accompanies wild red berry, strawberry, redcurrant and raspberry, with rose, sweet fruit and delicate spice. The palate is fresh, balanced and mineral. Nerello Mascalese grows on Etna’s northern volcanic slopes between 600 and 700 metres. Grapes are harvested by hand and gently pressed, with traditional rosé vinification. The wine has fourteen percent alcohol.
