Sweet malt and light orchard fruit open the nose, with unripe nectarine and a measured thread of Highland peat. The palate is full-bodied and smoky, bringing charred wood, vanilla and pineapple together with ripe orchard fruit and a subtle coastal edge. Hogshead maturation keeps the profile direct, allowing fruit and peat to share the foreground. The finish is warming and persistent, carrying campfire smoke, menthol, sea salt and a final tang of fruit. Serve neat or add water gradually.
