Garnet colour with luminous hues accompanies rose petals, juniper berries and fine spices. The Nebbiolo is ample and structured, with silky tannins, elegance and persistence. Fermentation takes place in steel, with fifteen to eighteen days of skin contact and gentle wetting of the cap. Ageing lasts at least three years, including eighteen to twenty-four months in medium-sized oak casks.
