The wine is fresh, pleasant and fruit-driven, with body. A brief skin maceration precedes fermentation and maturation in tank. Fruit comes from Marsannay in the Côte de Nuits.

About Maison Louis Jadot
Maison Louis Jadot began with the family's 1826 purchase of Beaune Premier Cru Clos des Ursules and was formally founded by Louis Henry Denis Jadot in 1859. The Kopf family, owners of longtime importer Kobrand, acquired the house in 1985 to preserve the Louis Jadot name and Burgundy roots. Thomas Seiter now serves as president alongside managing director Thibault Gagey, continuing a leadership transition completed in 2023. Across estate vineyards and négociant wines, the familiar Bacchus-head label unifies a broad Burgundy range guided by site expression and a deliberately light winemaking hand.
